Pros of working at DCP Midstream

I enjoyed working with my co-workers.

Cons of working at DCP Midstream

The management is dishonest and lies to it's workforce. They are beholden to a lopsided financial commitment to investors that requires massive dividend payouts which milk the company dry of money needed to reinvest in safety and long-term stability. They lied about a round of layoffs in March that was executed to avoid any other layoffs then immediately had another round in April laying off 330 full-time employees. That layoff left the company with too few people to safely conduct business.
