Wouter van Kempen is chairman of the board, president and chief executive officer of DCP Midstream, LLC, and chairman and chief executive officer of DCP Midstream Partners, LP. Previously, Wouter served as president and chief operating officer of DCP Midstream, leading the gathering and processing business unit and the marketing and logistics business unit, which includes NGL and gas marketing, and NGL, gas, and crude logistics. He also oversaw all the corporate functions in his role as chief operating officer, including the functions led by the general counsel, chief corporate officer, and chief financial officer.

Sean O’Brien is group vice president and chief financial officer of DCP Midstream, LLC, and group vice president and CFO of DCP Midstream Partners, LP. He is responsible for corporate finance, treasury, middle office, investor relations, risk management, accounting, tax, insurance, financial planning and analysis, and strategic planning functions. Sean began his career with DCP in 2010 serving as DCP’s vice president of financial planning and analysis and in 2011 he took on the additional role of treasurer. Sean has nearly 20 years of experience in the finance area and 15 years of experience in the energy industry. Sean joined Duke Energy in Cincinnati in 1997 as a senior financial analyst and quickly advanced to manager of financial planning and forecasting, and then to director of financial planning and economic analysis. Sean was appointed vice president and controller of Duke Energy Generation Services in 2006, which supported the renewable-based wind asset business. Later that year, Sean was appointed general manager of financial planning and forecasting-commercial businesses for Duke Energy’s Commercial Business Unit. The Philadelphia native received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Temple University. Sean is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a certified public accountant in Ohio. He and his wife, Robin, have three daughters and a son. They reside in Parker, Colo.

Jerry Barnhill is a Group Vice President, Chief Environmental, Health, Safety and Operational Risk Officer at DCP Midstream.

Bill Johnson is the group vice president and chief transformation officer for DCP Midstream, a Denver based Fortune 500 energy company. He is responsible for engineering, projects, information technology, operations technology, digital solutions and the company’s integrated collaboration center. Bill joined DCP in 2011, with nearly 20 years of experience in the refining and chemical industries. Prior to his current position at DCP, he served as their vice president of operations for the north and Permian business units, He was also the vice president of technical services, responsible for regional engineering, corporate reliability, compression services, measurement and communications. Prior to joining DCP, Bill held management positions in project engineering, operations, reliability and maintenance, turnarounds, corporate engineering and plant management at multiple chemical and refining plant sites as well as at corporate headquarters for Arco Chemical, Lyondell and LyondellBasell. Bill currently is a Trustee on the board of the Colorado Symphony, serves on the executive board of Von’s Vision (the charitable foundation of Denver Bronco’s linebacker, Von Miller) and on the advisory committee for the Denver Museum of Nature and Science’s Institute for Science and Policy. Bill has previously served on the boards of directors for the Houston East End Chamber of Commerce, the Houston area Wendel D Ley Family YMCA, and as chairperson of the Houston Chapter of the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals. Bill has published multiple technical papers. He has served as facilitator, panelist and keynote speaker at national and international conferences. He continues to be an in-demand speaker, especially on the topics of change, transformation, culture and leadership. Bill received a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Texas A&M University.

Tamara Bray is a Chief Human Resources Officer at DCP Midstream and is based in Sedalia, Colorado. She has worked as Region VP Human Resources - Europe & S. Africa at Dana, Global HR Services Manager at Bechtel, and Various HR Positions at Ford. Tamara studied at Purdue University.
