About the Role
As an Estimator, you'll play a key role in securing new work and supporting our operations team with accurate, thoughtful estimates. You'll lead bids for public works and private development projects, and prepare estimates for self-perform scopes including grading, paving, wet utilities, and concrete. You'll also contribute to general contracting opportunities across Design-Bid-Build, CMAR, and JOC delivery methods.
What You'll Be Doing:
Review project plans, requirements, and specifications to understand scope and develop accurate estimates.
Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and pricing using self-perform production-based estimates or unit price estimating.
Manage bid setups in HCSS HeavyJob software, ensuring all required documentation is included.
Solicit and organize quotes from subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Work closely with the estimating team to meet all deadlines and support each other in completing tasks.
Train, mentor, and lead junior estimating staff, helping them develop their skills and achieve their best.
Contribute to the development and implementation of estimating practices, guides, and tutorials to streamline processes.
Participate in ongoing estimating training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What You Bring
A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field-or equivalent technical training and experience.
A minimum of 3 years of heavy civil experience
Familiarity with estimating software such as HCSS HeavyBid, On-Screen Takeoff, Agtek, or similar tools.
Understanding of estimating techniques, cost control, subcontractor solicitation, and material specifications.
Knowledge of municipal specifications and understanding of project delivery methods such as Design-Bid-Build, CMAR, and Job Order Contracts (JOC).
Strong communication skills-both written and verbal-with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Mainline Trackhoe Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a CAT excavator to install storm or sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Effectively, skillfully, safely, and accurately operates varies heavy construction equipment
* Completes proper equipment inspections prior to use to ensure that it is in proper operating condition
* Meet precise standards to excavate line and grade for mainline waterline
* Excavates around existing utilities, to install Mainline and backfill piping
* Must have knowledge of pothole procedure, pipeline and grade compaction requirements
* Inspecting equipment for deficiencies, such as tires, lights, brakes, fuses and fluid levels, and submits report indicating equipment condition.
* Ensure trench is excavated to the proper depth/grade
* Be aware of proper rigging of pipe, manhole barrels, etc. and ensure safe work procedures are followed during the lowering of materials into the excavation.
* Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations
* Knowledgeable in Blue Stake markings, shoring procedures, sloping, and benching procedures
* Reads and interprets engineering drawings and specifications
* Meet production goals from the direction of the site Foreman or Superintendent
* Signals directions and warnings to crew members at the work site
* Works with crew members when not operating equipment
* Adheres to all DCS Contracting safety policies, procedures, and instructions from management
* Performs other duties as required and assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
* 8+ years' experience operating heavy construction equipment required or equivalent combination of experience and training/education
* Knowledgeable of OSHA standards and requirements
* Able to work outside in all weather conditions
* Willingness to learn and accept direction from field supervision
* Must be a team player and be willing to help out wherever is needed for the success of the project
* Safety first mindset, MUST stop work if something is unsafe
* Reliable transportation and work schedule flexibility

About the Role

The Pipe Layer is responsible for laying pipe for storm or sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains. This positions performs any combination of the following tasks: grade trenches or culverts, position pipe, or seal joints. They also install or use instruments such as lasers, grade rods, or transit levels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Cut pipes to required lengths
* Connect pipe pieces and seal joints, using welding equipment, cement, or glue

Key Responsibilities
All-on-X Design: Create full-arch implant restorations using ExoCad, ensuring precision, occlusal function, and esthetics.
Digital Workflow: Focus entirely on digital design at a workstation. This is a non-chairside role with no physical model handling.
Collaboration: Work closely with a large team of implant specialists and lab technicians.
Quality Control: Review and refine designs before releasing to production.
Project Ownership: Handle complex, high-level designs with minimal supervision.

Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of experience designing full-arch implant restorations (All-on-X) using ExoCad (required).

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Concrete Stringline Foreman is responsible for the layout, installation, and quality control of stringline systems used for concrete placement. This role may supervise concrete laborers and is directly involved in jobsite setup to ensure correct elevation and alignment for curb, gutter, and other concrete work. The Concrete Stringline Foreman works closely with concrete crews and superintendents to ensure accurate, efficient, and safe operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safety & Field Paperwork:
* Assist in preparing and conducting JHAs to ensure proper safety measures are taken on site
* Conduct daily safety briefings with laborers under their direction
* Perform daily walkthroughs of the jobsite to check for hazards, material needs, and compliance with safety requirements
* Ensure proper site housekeeping and protection measures (e.g., safety caps on stakes, dust control logs, etc.)
* Submit daily reports including JHAs, timecards, equipment reports, and photos of work progress into HCSS
Stringline Layout & Equipment Use:
* Read and interpret plans and grades to accurately set stringline for concrete operations
* Set, adjust, and maintain stringline for curb machines and other concrete equipment
* Ensure stringline is set to correct elevation, alignment, and tension per project specifications
* Use measuring tools, lasers, levels, and grade rods to verify accuracy
* Collaborate with the General Superintendent or Foreman overseeing the larger concrete crew to coordinate stringline timing with scheduled pours
Leadership & Oversight:
* Supervise Concrete Laborers during stringline setup and maintenance
* Provide on-the-job instruction and feedback to support quality and safety
* Maintain professionalism and accountability, even in small crew settings
Planning & Coordination:
* Review plans and coordinate with the General Concrete Superintendent or Project Superintendent to understand upcoming needs
* Identify equipment and material needs for upcoming stringline work
* Help schedule concrete-related services through DCS Dispatch as needed
* Provide input during pre-pour planning to ensure successful setup
Quality Control:
* Double-check all stringline setups against plans to prevent misalignment or elevation errors
* Inspect stringline during pours and make real-time adjustments as needed
* Assist with ADA layout verification for ramps and flatwork elements
Other Duties:
* Perform additional tasks as assigned related to concrete layout, site preparation, or other field operations
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
* Strong understanding of stringline systems and concrete layout practices
* Ability to read blueprints, grade sheets, and MAG specifications
* Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Familiarity with lasers, total stations, levels, and other layout tools
* Ability to supervise and train laborers in basic stringline setup and safe work practices
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
