Assist as needed with crisis intervention and milieu management including seclusion and restraint procedures. Assist with initial assessments and admissions to ATU/CSU Ensure critical incidents and occurrence reporting is completed properly and within appropriate time frames. Coordinate and monitor staff professional development. Coordinate and facilitate team meetings and group supervision. Work with the Clinical Program Manager to ensure performance goals/indicators are met Monitor clinical documentation to ensure charts are complete, legible, and meet AllHealth Network and external agency standards.
