Pay
This position will be paid commissions between 35% and 70% depending on the product and the Team Member's Productivity. The weekly minimum pay for the position will be the applicable minimum wage per hour.

Job Description
The Laser Cutter Programmer/Operator is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC laser cutting machines to produce parts and components to precise specifications. This position requires knowledge of CAD/CAM software, machine operations, and material characteristics to ensure quality and efficient production.
Key Responsibilities:
Program laser cutting machines using CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SigmaNEST, or equivalent).
Set up and operate CNC laser cutters (e.g., Trumpf, Amada, Bystronic, Mazak).
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine machine settings and cutting paths.

Qualifications:

The Electrical Construction Manager will manage the electrical team from start to finish for a large high-tech Data Center project. They will collaborate with design professionals, clients, subcontractors, and craftspeople to address complex electrical coordination issues. This position is on the front line to aid in leading our onsite electrical quality control efforts, which will include document review during pre-construction through commissioning and punch list.
PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee electrical subcontractors and vendor's installation work daily to ensure they are maintaining their installation schedule, and support system startup and commissioning activities.
Interpretation of construction documents, control sequences, and technical manuals.
Run startup meetings involving Area Construction Managers, design team members, and system start-up activities multiple subcontractors, local utility agencies, and owners to coordinate/drive MEP
Interface between Area Construction Managers and multiple subcontractors to assist in coordinating mechanical and electrical system startups
Verify all documentation is complete and equipment being prepared for startup
Coordinate MEP systems with civil, architectural, and structural elements within the overall project design
Organize and facilitate training of client's personnel in the operations and maintenance of MEP systems
Review and process project submittal information and coordinate between multiple submittals to ensure the accuracy and functionality of each component of the various MEP systems
Receiving and distributing requests for information (RFI) and change-in-scope documents issued by other team members

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all aspects of electrical construction
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent degree and/or fieldwork experience
Education background in materials and methods of construction preferred
A minimum of 5 years of electrical construction experience
Specific experience in industrial and/or hi-tech semiconductor types of projects
LEED Accredited Professional, or the ability to become accredited within 18 months preferred
Experience in organizing technical data in a neat and accurate method; familiar with CSI specification system for construction
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be able to work closely with subcontractors, project owners, architects, engineers, equipment manufacturers, and vendors
Must be a dedicated team player, self-starter, flexible and be able to work well with a high-pressure situations.
Must be able to physically access all areas and levels of construction site for work
progress review.
Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and Bluebeam
Experience with project management software such as Prolog, Procore, E-Builder, Microsoft Project, and Primavera Project Planner(P6)
