Job Overview
The Clinical Application Analyst - Sunquest will utilize their expertise in Sunquest Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) to perform moderately complex systems administration, configuration, and application build activities. This role is primarily responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing Sunquest and other third-party laboratory systems to ensure reliable and efficient laboratory operations.
What You Will Do
* Configure, build, and maintain Sunquest LIS applications and related systems to support laboratory workflows and ensure data integrity.
* Provide tiered support for production issues, system enhancements, and regular upgrades to Sunquest LIS and related applications.
* Collaborate with laboratory leadership, clinicians, and IT teams to evaluate needs, recommend, and implement solutions to improve quality, efficiency, and patient care outcomes.
* Participate in new system implementations, workflow redesign, and integration projects involving Sunquest LIS or related laboratory systems.
* Monitor and troubleshoot data interfaces and integration points between Sunquest LIS and other third-party laboratory applications.
* Assist with system patching, Windows registry updates, and other routine security activities as required to maintain system integrity.
* Document system changes, workflows, and standard operating procedures for Sunquest LIS.
* Mentor and provide guidance to other DTS team members, particularly in Sunquest LIS-related workflows, configuration, and applications support.
* Maintain compliance with all applicable IT, security, and healthcare regulations.

Job Summary
The Cardiopulmonary Rehab Exercise Specialist performs a variety of clinical and technical tasks to create and maintain an optimal environment for the testing, training, and education of cardiac and pulmonary patients. What You Will Do
* Configure, build, and maintain Epic Radiant, Sectra PACS, and other imaging-related systems to support radiology workflows and improve efficiency.
