I got paid weekly.
Toxic company culture - Poor employees rewarded while dedicated employees ignored/given extra work - Authoritarian style management results in no communication, poor morale - Favoritism abounds. Hostile work environment encouraged - Appropriate time not giving to complete tasks in a safe manner - Must work/complete tasks on personal time w/out pay.

The company recently changed hands so I’m not familiar with the new CEO. Middle management jobs should have been cut as that is where the fat is. There is no leadership. The authoritarian style eliminates any communication between workers & management thus stopping any growth.
I’m not sure you can at this point. It used to be a great place to work. Now it’s completely toxic. The refusal of management to acknowledge & keep up with technology is a big issue. Instead of growing & adapting to new ways of doing things, they refuse to accept the new reality that is today’s workforce. Maybe when they all retire, things will get better.
Let my experience speak for itself.
Lower. No differential for night work. Women are paid less than men even if they have more experience.
I never saw anyone one other than white heterosexuals working there. No diversity.
I’m not there anymore so my life is great!!!
