Michael “Mike” Black serves as Dent Wizard’s President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). He leads the development and implementation of the organization's strategic objectives and growth initiatives. Mike is a highly engaged leader that works closely with the organization’s senior leadership team and promotes a high touch approach combined with a multi-pronged communication strategy with employees and clients. He passionately leads all areas of the business. Mike has held several leadership positions including President, Chief Operating Officer, Sr. Vice President-Operations, Regional Vice President, and Managing Director. He began his career with Dent Wizard as a District Manager in 2003. Mike is adamant about having a serving mindset and focuses tremendous effort on ensuring the company’s core values serve as a guide and roadmap for all employees and business partners. Prior to Dent Wizard, Mike owned and operated two service-oriented businesses. He also worked for PepsiCo in business development, regional sales/operations for 8 years. Mike serves as a director on two independent outside boards (Rough Country and Board of Business Executives). Mike is a graduate of Antioch University in Ohio. Mike is actively involved in the lives of his two sons, Ty and Troy.
