Jeff is Chief Insurance Officer of DealerPolicy, and its co-founder. Jeff has over ten years of experience in the insurance industry, beginning as a producer at Winooski Insurance, where he cultivated his own client base and developed a deep knowledge of the carriers themselves and the regulatory landscape. Later as Vice President, Jeff became interested in ways to move the industry forward, particularly for automotive consumers. Jeff has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Vermont Technical College.

Kristin Halpin is a Board Member at Fluency, Business Owner Human Resources Leader Executive Coach at Veraz Consulting, and Board Member at Docebo and is based in Burlington, Vermont. She has worked as Sr. Human Resources Manager at GE Healthcare; SVP Human Resources Software Group at Cox Automotive; and Director, Human Resources at Idx Systems Corporation. Kristin studied at Saint Michael's College between 1990 and 1992, Saint Michael's College between 1987 and 1989, and Hudson Institute of Coaching between 2016 and 2017.

Wayne Pastore is a President and Chief Operating Officer at Dealer Policy and VP:Finance/Chief Acctg Ofcr at Dealer.com and is based in Williston, Vermont. He has worked as Managing Partner at Holbrook, Kaplan and Pastore CPAs, P.C.; Senior Vice President, Business Operations and Finance at Cox Automotive; and VP:Finance/Chief Acctg Officer at SONUS NETWORKS INC. Wayne studied at Suffolk University Law School between 1999 and 2003; University of Massachusetts Lowell between 1983 and 1987; and Burlington Stores, Inc. between 1979 and 1983.

Weili Yuh are a Chief Underwriting Officer at Dealer Policy and are based in Greater Boston Area. They have worked as Business Leadership Committee at Washington DECA. Weili work or have worked as Managing Director, Underwriting & Product Management at Plymouth Rock Assurance. They studied at Chung Hsing University and University of Washington Foster School of Business between 1999 and 2001.

As DealerPolicy’s Chief Marketing Officer, Chris leads the marketing team and owns the DealerPolicy brand. She has worked with some of the world's most iconic brands, including Amazon, Absolut, Clorox, Coca-Cola, Fanta, Levi’s, Nike, and Uber. Chris brings experience from her time as Global Integrated Marketing Director at Coca-Cola, Global Creative Director at Coca-Cola, and SVP of Strategy at leading ad agency, TBWA\Chiat Day.

As DealerPolicy’s CFO, Kurt manages all aspects of the company’s finances. Kurt is a hands-on, data-driven executive with more than 25 years of experience in all facets of accounting, finance, and operations management within both entrepreneurial and multi-billion-dollar companies. Prior to joining DealerPolicy, he held CFO positions in several organizations, as well as a Division COO position at Sharecare, Inc., where he managed the transition and the financial and operational integration of PKC Corporation into Sharecare after its acquisition. Kurt has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Michael’s College, and an M.B.A. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is licensed as a C.P.A. in the State of Vermont (inactive).
