Requirements

+ A valid Property and Casualty insurance license

+ 1+ years of experience selling auto & home insurance

+ Superior personal lines insurance knowledge

+ Persuasive; persistent and confident in closing a sale in fast paced setting

+ Self-initiative to continuously follow up with warm leads to drive deals to completion

+ Work 4 days/week, off 3 days/week. Remote-based (Home Office)

About the role-

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will be responsible for helping craft the design and user experience at DealerPolicy. As a core member of the design team, you will be responsible for various product features as they relate to design and work closely with members of the product and engineering teams.

Specifically, you will:

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Drive revenue growth in your market through effective consultation and customer service

• Manage and grow utilization of product within end users in existing accounts

• Implementation of DealerPolicy technology and process within dealerships

• Develop strong partnerships with DealerPolicy vendor partners in the field

• Harvest existing dealer network for new prospect referrals and additional opportunities

• Frequent in-person dealership visits to provide process consulting in assigned market

• Regular performance reporting to dealer partners, dealership management, and users

• Dealership visit reporting to Zone Directors and Internal Stakeholders

• Updating CRM to ensure accurate representation of assigned dealerships and opportunities

• Partner with the Dealer Performance team to implement new accounts

• Identify quarterly dealership targets and develop strategic initiatives within your market

• Participate in development of performance management and acquisition tools and practices based on best-practices

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• History of exceeding quota in a client facing account management role

• Ability to manage and drive growth in a large territory consisting of dealership accounts

• Demonstrated success building trusting relationships with customers and clients

• Drive to succeed in a fluid, dynamic, fast paced, and high-growth business environment

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to understand dealer performance

• You are collaborative, confident, proactive, and self-motivated to meet/exceed goals

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and administrative (documentation) skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, & Outlook

• Frequent travel required - 90% in field up to 50% overnight travel

• Must live in the Boston area

Requirements

Required

+ Bachelor's Degree equivalent experience required

+ 5+ years of relevant sales and account management experience

+ Location in the Boston Metro

Preferred:

+ 3+ years of experience in automotive industry, dealerships sales, or F&I processes

+ 3+ years of experience selling B2B solutions in the automotive industry

+ Experience working within Salesforce CRM
