David joined Inmar as Chief Executive Officer in April 2010 and assumed the additional role of Chairman in February 2014. David has extensive operations and financial management experience in U.S., Europe and Asia. He has lived and worked in all three regions. He was past Chairman of the Wharton Alumni Executive Board, serves on the Wharton Graduate Executive Board and on the Board of Visitors for the Wake Forest University School of Business. David also serves on the Board of Directors of Papa Murphy’s Holdings, Inc., and is a founding member of the Advisory Board for Wake Forest Innovation Quarter as well as Co-Chair for the Entrepreneurial Culture Committee of the Winston-Salem Alliance.

Mr. Arun Verma currently serves as the President, Founder and CEO of DATA Inc., a privately owned organization headquartered in the United States, with offices and presences globally. Mr. Verma was educated at Mayo College, Ajmer (www.mayocollege.com). He received his School Certificate award from the University of Cambridge (UK). Upon graduation, Mr. Verma was selected to join the prestigious National Defense Academy (www.nda.nic.in), where he was enrolled in a 3 year study in academics and military training,. Per curriculum, he received another year of training at the renowned Indian Military Academy, and thereafter was commissioned into the Indian Army in 1965 (indianarmy.nic.in). This qualified him for a Bachelor's of Science Degree. Later, he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. During his 12 years as a commissioned officer in the Indian Army, Mr. Verma commanded units in active formations on the borders in Nagaland, Assam and Kashmir. In 1971, his unit was engaged in active battle as part of the Strike Corps' successful assault into West Pakistan. In 1977, Mr. Verma, having already attained the rank of Major, elected to retire prematurely from the Indian Army so that he could emigrate to the United States and apply the lessons he learned in the military (including during battle) to the growing computer technology industry. Upon arriving in the U.S., Mr. Verma enrolled at New York University, where he acquired more knowledge in higher technology. Thereafter, for many years, he was responsible for analyzing, designing and implementing several mainframe applications in consulting assignments at a number of Fortune 500 companies. In 1983, Mr. Verma founded DATA Inc., where he has served as its President, and has been devoted to its growth, ever since.

Tom Langan is a senior executive with extensive life sciences, payer and data & analytics experience. He has more 25 years of broad-based functional experience in sales, marketing, strategy and P&L management. Tom leads the Veradigm business unit within Allscripts. Veradigm is the new brand for our Payer & Life Sciences business unit. Veradigm includes our life sciences data & analytics and clinical research businesses, health plan, clinical workflow solutions and Practice Fusion, one of the most widely used cloud-based EHRs for independent physicians. Previously, Tom has held executive positions at Symphony Health Solutions and MediMedia where he managed their life sciences data, analytics and consulting business, market access and multi-channel marketing solutions. During his career, Tom has served as President, Chief Commercial Officer, SVP of Sales and various business development roles working with payers, employers and life sciences organizations. Tom received a B.A. in Political Science from Fordham University in New York. He resides in Monmouth County, NJ, with his wife and children.
