Optimization & Process Administration
* Responsible for all aspects of the recruiting process including, but not limited to, job posting, sourcing, screening, conducting phone interviews, creating interview notes, administering appropriate assessments as needed, offer letter creation and coordinating the post-offer process.
* Optimize hiring workflows to improve time-to-fill, candidate experience, etc. by mastering the applicant tracking system and human capital systems.
* Lead end-to-end recruitment (Full Cycle Recruitment) processes, ensuring compliance with BJKPHCs policies and applicable employment laws.
* Maintain and update the staffing report; conduct weekly check-in meetings with Hiring Managers.

Under the supervision of the SUD Clinical Supervisor, The MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) Case Manager helps clients access MOUD & MAUD (Medication for Opioid & Alcohol Use Disorder). Conducts initial brief assessments, introduces participants to MAT programs and services, facilitates appointments at outpatient MAT clinic, serves as a resource and coach for participants, and advocates for culture change in support of harm reduction approach to MAT. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with identification of participants with substance use or co-occurring mental health disorders.
Establish a positive relationship with MAT participants struggling with drug use; including initial client assessments and brief interventions using standardized tools.
Make case manager contact information widely available to people who struggle with substance use.
Respond to calls, texts and emails directly from MAT participants, providers and community partners.
Advocate for a culture of low barrier access to MAT medications for clients with OUD that includes signage or materials inviting clients to seek help for substance use.
Conduct outreach to touchpoints for high-risk opioid use such as street-based outreach to jails, syringe service programs, encampments, shelters, and other SUD treatment programs.

Use Trauma Informed Care methodology to communicate with clients and access treatment services
Maintain up-to-date information about drugs use trends, the effects of various substances, withdrawal symptoms, and treatment options to effectively educate and counsel participants.
Promote harm-reduction strategies based on participants' goals, preferences, and life circumstances.
Assist with navigating barriers to participants obtaining MOUD prescription(s).
Develop connections with a comprehensive array of community service providers to address the needs of people with SUD or co-occurring mental health disorders.

Position Summary

Provide patients, physicians, and others with proper instructions for preparation of examinations.
Maintain established department policies and procedures, quality assurance, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
Assists the Sonographer with exams as requested.
Assists the technologists with exams as requested.
Provides education and training to participating students from affiliated radiology technical program(s).
Manages time to ensure patient flow and visit timeliness within department; participate in annual department time study.
Check for and obtain proper consents and/or referrals for procedures performed.
Ensures that a radiologist interprets all exams in a timely manner.
Maintains radiation safety regulations and dosimeter badge requirements.
Functions within the legal and ethical parameters of profession, as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team and according to the policies of People's Health Centers, Inc.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software and Word Processing software. Proficient with computer use: BCA system, Microsoft Word, and Infinity EMR/EHR.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Certification by the American Registry of Radiology Technologist (ARRT). Certified or eligible for Advanced Mammography Qualifications.
