Becky Wall is the Vice President and chief financial officer of the Dearing Compressor & Pump Co. located in Youngstown, Ohio. Dearing Compressor is a locally owned family business that has been operating in the Mahoning Valley since 1945. Becky, the granddaughter of Dearing’s founder, received her BS degree from Ohio’s Muskingum College and immediately joined the family business in 1981. Partnering with her brothers Rick Dearing, chief technical officer and Albin Dearing, chief operations officer, Becky is responsible to identify and continually improve Dearing’s workforce that results in the successful operation of the organization; and to manage the company’s finances, compliance and communications.
