This is a Hybrid position where you would split your time performing Masking Tech and Deburr Tech responsibilities. Schedule: Monday-Thursday 2:00pm-12:30am. Pay: $18/hr. Weekly Pay! Temp to Hire! Essential Functions: Read & understand customer specifications and drawings. Responsible for placing plastic tape, vinyl tape, or rubber plugs on metal part, using the drawing and work order instructions as a guide. Use all materials in an efficient and cost-effective manner Properly rack masked parts for further processing. Carefully de-mask product after processing is complete. Visually inspect all parts for quality of work, at all stages. Transport parts from masking to finishing stations. Must remove all burrs, chips and other imperfections from machined parts as instructed Wash pressure wash parts with proper care Dry machined parts Count and batch parts Use hand tools and small power tools Use magnification equipment in conjunction with hand tools Keep all areas organized and clean to maintain a safe work environment. Other duties as assigned. Successful Candidate Qualifications: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Prior Deburr experience is strongly preferred. Must have high school diploma or equivalent. Strong computer skills and ability to learn internal software programs. Experience with ERP system is preferred, but not required.
