What Does A Debt Counselor Do At AIC

* Obtain information from Consumers in order to determine current financial situation and determine solutions Provide solutions to Consumers to enable them to resolve their obligation administratively or voluntarily Gather proper documentation from Consumers and maintain appropriate follow-up Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals as set by management Daily Productivity - all Debt Counselors will make between 125
* phone calls per day and work in a call center environment.
* Monthly Recoveries - must achieve our clients monthly targeted performance objectives for collections.
* Route Maintenance - proper management&updating of system to maximize contacts Skip
* Tracing - to assist in locating&contacting borrowers Adherence to our clients Professional Practices Management System (PPMS), Code of Conduct, and Compliance Program We pay around 11
* hr. depending on background plus an uncapped bonus structure.
* After 60 days you are required to sign up for a single medical, dental and vision plan but it is totally free.
* You get paid time off after 6 months waiting period.
* You also get 2 personal days after 60 day wait period.
* Average earning with base and bonus is about 35

What Does A Debt Counselor Do At Recovery Management Services, Inc. (RMS)

* Maintaining a collection portfolio of accounts using proven collection techniques to achieve successful recovery for our clients.
* Follow all prescribed collection procedures and adhere to all collection laws and regulations.
* Daily Productivity all Debt Counselors will make between 300
* phone calls per day and work in a call center environment.
* Establish ability to pay and identify appropriate payment options Meet/exceed daily, weekly, monthly performance goals Develop technical knowledge of our collection system in order to efficiently and effectively work assigned accounts Skip
