Our consultative approach helps consumers identify the most suitable way to resolve a balance in the best interest of all parties. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Obtain information from Consumers in order to determine current financial situation and determine solutions Provide solutions to Consumers to enable them to resolve their obligation administratively or voluntarily Gather proper documentation from Consumers and maintain appropriate follow-up Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals as set by management at ConServe Daily Productivity - all Representatives will make between 125-200 phone calls per day and work in a call center environment or remote work environment. Monthly Recoveries - must achieve ConServe's monthly targeted performance objectives for collections. Record Maintenance - proper management & updating of system to maximize contacts Skip-Tracing - to assist in locating & contacting consumers or businesses Adherence to ConServe's Professional Practices Management System (PPMS), Code of Conduct, and Compliance Program Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred Skills/ Requirements: Business to business experience (i.e. commercial real estate, insurance sales, etc.) or prior recent debt collection experience preferred. The ability to work 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, consisting of three (3) days starting between 8:00 am EST and 9:00am EST and ending between 5:00 pm EST and 6:00 pm EST until clearance is approved two (2) evenings Noon EST - 9:00 pm EST. Once you move into the department (after you receive clearance), you must have the ability to work five 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday starting between 8:00 am EST and 9:00 am EST. Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to: * Advising internal clients and providing required support as the assigned attorney on all phases of the project life cycle, from the initial pursuit stage, proposal preparation support, through contract negotiation, and after contract signing, legal support to the project during project execution. * Drafting/review and redlining, and negotiation of commercial contracts, specifically focusing on EPC/EPCM/MSA/technology licensing contracts, with expertise in drafting commercial and operational mitigations and solutions to contract terms in accordance with corporate risk and commercial requirements, and successful negotiation of such contracts with clients. * Taking the lead role in negotiations with clients and their outside counsel (including global law firms), managing multiple rounds of drafting, negotiations, and successfully resolving contract issues with the team to achieve resolution. * Providing responsive, effective and time-sensitive support to the EPC/major project teams during project execution, including support for procurement, change order management, project letter drafting, data management, warranty, export compliance, labor and employment, confidentiality agreements, payment and invoicing, risk mitigation, claims management, and dispute resolution issues and claims. * Facilitating identification, analysis, and resolution of business or technical issues in execution by identifying legal risks, developing creative solutions, and working with the project team to recommend a practical course of action to management. * Working with prospective business partners on formation of a joint venture, including drafting and negotiation of memoranda of understanding and joint venture agreements. * Review, drafting, and redlining of indemnification (including anti-indemnity laws), risk management and limitation on liability concepts. * Identification of issues requiring KBR outside counsel involvement, with cost-effective control and management of outside counsel services and potentially alternative legal service providers (ALSPs). * Timely and comprehensive corporate reporting responsibilities, including analysis of contractual terms, preparation of documentation required for transaction approval, and regular reporting to legal and corporate management on status of all work. * Identification of and support of investigation and resolution of Code of Business Conduct, compliance, anti-corruption and export compliance matters by working closely with the respective corporate departments.
