What We're Looking For - Qualifications and Skills:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one year's experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).

What You'll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate, and accurately process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions and ancillary products.
Complete daily call campaigns to market services, build new business, and nurture customer relationships to further brand recognition and loyalty.
Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls, while maintaining a focus on customer service to prevent loss and charge off accounts.
Maintain customer information in the point of sale (POS) system with accuracy and integrity.
Provide support, coaching, and development to Customer Service Representatives, when applicable, to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
Perform duties outside of the office, when applicable, including on site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing.
Work to meet Company-set performance standards by leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, and participating in and hosting in-store and community events.
Maintain office security protocols and conduct proper opening and closing procedures, including management of vault and cash drawer.
Help ensure a work environment that upholds compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Help conduct store audits, create reports, and compile financial data to further ensure compliance.
Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and cleanliness, addressing basic facility needs and scheduling maintenance services.
Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
Conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership.
Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends. A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week.**

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Job Description
We're seeking skilled PCMM Technicians to join our quality control team inspecting large-scale aerospace parts and assemblies at various stages of manufacturing. This hands-on role focuses on precision measurement and inspection using advanced equipment including Romer arms, Leica laser trackers, CMMs, and 3D scanners. You'll be responsible for first piece through final inspection of complex components including weldments, integrated assemblies, and tooling, ensuring compliance with exacting aerospace quality standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Inspect large-scale aerospace parts at various manufacturing stages from first piece through final inspection using advanced metrology equipment
• Operate Romer arms, Leica AT960 and AT402 laser trackers, CMMs, and 3D scanners (handheld and blue light) for precision measurements
• Perform manual layout inspections using traditional measurement tools and techniques
• Inspect complex components including weldments, integrated assemblies, tooling, and aerospace hardware
• Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings, assembly schematics, and technical specifications accurately
• Apply GD&T principles per ASME Y14.5-2009 standards to inspection activities
• Execute and witness test procedures according to established protocols and generate comprehensive test reports
• Document non-conforming material and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) as required
• Provide clear, concise feedback to machinists and engineers based on measurement data and analysis
• Generate quality documentation including inspection reports, bubble prints, Certificates of Conformance (C of C's), and NCRs
• Maintain and verify calibration status of all measurement equipment
• Operate and maintain Spatial Analyzer or similar PCMM software for data collection and analysis
• Use standard measurement equipment including micrometers, calipers, bore micrometers, and optical comparators
• Work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement
• Support Material Review Board (MRB) activities for disposition of non-conforming material
• Prepare handwritten and computer-generated inspection reports with accuracy and attention to detail
Required Experience/Skills
• High school diploma or GED with 3-5 years or more of relevant precision measurement and inspection experience
• 4+ years of hands-on experience using Romer Arm, Leica AT960 Laser Tracker, Leica AT402 Laser Tracker, or CMM equipment
• Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) per ASME Y14.5-2009 standard
• Fluency with standard measurement equipment including micrometers, calipers, intra micrometers, and optical comparators
