This might include monitoring workplace practices and addressing potential legal issues. Work with company and owner leaders to report and effectively manage employee injuries.     We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Orthodontic Assistant to join our team on Fridays. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, assist the orthodontist during procedures, and ensure the smooth operation of the clinic. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a part-time role in a friendly and professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist the doctor during procedures, including adjustments, bonding, and appliance fittings. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment. Take and process X-rays, impressions, and digital scans as needed. Educate patients on oral hygiene and care for orthodontic appliances. Maintain accurate patient records and update charts. Ensure the operatory and clinic are clean, organized, and well-stocked. Provide a welcoming and supportive experience for patients and their families. Qualifications: Previous experience as an Orthodontic Assistant required. Certification in dental assisting or orthodontic assisting (as required by state regulations). Proficiency in taking X-rays and impressions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a commitment to excellent patient care. Schedule: Fridays only, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Compensation: $20 -$26 based on experience
