deci Bel Research is seeking radar operations personnel for a Missile Defense System (MDS) radar developed for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA). Individual operators will perform hands-on radar operations during MDS ground test events as well as system maintenance activities. The operator will be required to coordinate daily with the Program Manager and Test Event Lead for tasking and problem resolution. Additional responsibilities include daily interaction with analysts, engineers, other members of the technical team and MDA customers. Deployment to the operational site in support of the MDS distributed ground tests and flight tests may be required. Individuals with previous experience developing operational procedures and conducting MDS ground tests utilizing Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) radar representations and/or direct experience with fielded radar systems will find this work challenging and rewarding.
