Position Summary
NPPD is seeking a detail-orientated and motivated individual to join our team with a focus on data support and compliance. This role is ideal for someone with foundational database knowledge and a strong interest in data integrity, process documentation, and regulatory compliance, particularly NERC CIP standards. The day-to-day operations will support compliance documentation, data tracking, and reporting processes that adhere to critical infrastructure protection requirements.
This will include a variety of traditional Information Technologies (IT), and Operations Technologies (OT) systems that support and protect the electrical grid. It will also include working with personnel from various groups including generation, substations, telecommunications, physical security & cybersecurity.
Education, Training and Experience
Technical Analyst: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (OR) Associate degree and a minimum of three (3) years technical IT experience, including specific experience as listed below (OR) High school diploma/GED and a minimum of five (5) years technical IT experience, including specific experience as listed below.
Systems Analyst: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and a minimum of four (4) years technical IT experience as listed below (OR) Associate degree and a minimum of six (6) years technical IT experience including specific experience as listed below (OR) a high school diploma/GED and a minimum of eight (8) years technical IT experience including specific experience as listed below.
Senior Systems Analyst: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and a minimum of eight (8) years technical IT experience as listed below (OR) Associate degree and a minimum of ten (10) years technical IT experience including specific experience as listed below (OR) a high school diploma/GED and a minimum of twelve (12) years technical IT experience including specific experience as listed below.

Obtain and maintain intermediate to advanced technical certification aligned with key business system platform(s) used at the District (for example, SAP, Microsoft Certifications, and Security related best practices) as applicable.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Technical Analyst:
Analyze, design, develop, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and provide direction and support for complex systems, applications and databases in support of the District's computing environment. Provide technical architecture recommendations and apply best practices in system design, development, and testing. Collaborate with/advise/coach other ET/Corporate Security and business unit analysts to ensure understanding of business and technical work processes, tools, and best practices.
Evaluate, create, document, and test complex system-related interfaces and integration.
Maintains efficient and effective management of vendor contract service relationships pertaining to technical services.
Provide 24/7 system support, as needed.
Systems Analyst:
In addition to being proficient in all duties of the Technical Analyst, the Systems Analyst will also be responsible for the following duties:
Lead special task groups, trouble-shooting efforts, and integration and/or improvement project teams.
Lead the development and implementation of training and communications plans/materials.

The Team
Our IT team manages support, projects, and initiatives for technology at Upstart. From help desk inquiries to onboarding and off-boarding employees, troubleshooting employees' network connections, system and application access, remote connections, and overall computer set-up.
As an IT Support Analyst you would play an instrumental role in ensuring that our employees have the technology they need to be successful and productive in their roles.
How you'll make an impact:
Keep help desk inquiries and requests organized and up to date via internal ticketing system (Jira Service Desk).
Onboarding and off-boarding of new employees, temporary employees, vendors, and contractors.

What we're looking for:
Minimum requirements:
Have 2+ years of experience in a technical support or customer service environment supporting Mac OS.
Have 2+ years of work experience in first and second level support of systems such as SSO (Okta), GSuite, Atlassian, Slack, MDM (Jamf), Zoom, and Meraki.
You are able to independently perform basic problem determination and root cause analysis regarding network, access, and general IT issues.

The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. **Position Summary**
This is a full-time field-based telework position, in Ohio. This position requires the ability to travel within the assigned region of Northeast Ohio to member homes and other requested member locations, up to 25% or more of the time.

**Business Overview**
As part of the bold vision to deliver the "Next Generation" of managed care in Ohio Medicaid, OhioRISE will help struggling children and their families by focusing on the individual with strong coordination and partnership among MCOs, vendors, and ODM to support specialization in addressing critical needs. The OhioRISE Program is designed to provide comprehensive and highly coordinated behavioral health services for children with serious/complex behavioral health needs involved in, or at risk for involvement in, multiple child-serving systems.
The Case Management Coordinator utilizes critical thinking and judgment to collaborate and inform the case management process, in order to facilitate appropriate healthcare outcomes for members by providing care coordination, support and education for members through the use of care management tools and resources. Must reside in Ohio.
**Fundamental Components:**
- Be clinically and culturally competent/responsive with training and experience necessary to manage complex cases in the community across child-serving systems.
- Evaluation of Members:
o Through the use of care management tools and information/data review, conducts comprehensive evaluation of referred member's needs/eligibility and recommends an approach to case resolution and/or meeting needs by evaluating member's benefit plan and available internal and external programs/services. Identifies high risk factors and service needs that may impact member outcomes and care planning components with appropriate referral to clinical case management or crisis intervention as appropriate.
o Coordinates and implements assigned care plan activities and monitors care plan progress.
- Enhancement of Medical Appropriateness and Quality of Care:
o Using holistic approach consults with case managers, supervisors, Medical Directors and/or other health/behavioral health programs to overcome barriers to meeting goals and objectives; presents cases at case conferences to obtain multidisciplinary review in order to achieve optimal outcomes.
o Works collaboratively with the members' Child and Family Teams.
o Identifies and escalates quality of care issues through established channels.
o Utilizes negotiation skills to secure appropriate options and services necessary to meet the member's benefits and/or healthcare needs.
o Utilizes influencing/ motivational interviewing skills to ensure maximum member engagement and promote lifestyle/behavior changes to achieve optimum level of health.
o Provides coaching, information, and support to empower the member to make ongoing independent medical and/or healthy lifestyle choices.
o Helps member actively and knowledgably participate with their provider in healthcare decision-making.
o Serves a single point of contact for members and assist members to remediate immediate and acute gaps in care and access.
- Monitoring, Evaluation and Documentation of Care:
o Utilizes case management and quality management processes in compliance with regulatory and accreditation guidelines and company policies and procedures.
**Required Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience in behavioral health, social services, or human services
- 2+ years of experience with personal computers, keyboard and multi-system navigation, and MS Office Suite applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
- 2+ years of experience in children's mental health, child welfare, developmental disabilities, juvenile justice, or a public sector human services or behavioral health care field, providing community-based services to children and youth, and their family/caregivers.
- 2+ years experience in one or more of the following areas of expertise: family systems, community systems and resources, case management, child and family counseling/therapy, child protection, or child development.
- 2+ year of experience with Ohio delivery systems, including local community networks and resources.
- Willing and able to travel within the assigned region up to 50% of the time; Some travel to the New Albany office may be required for trainings/meetings:
- Reliable transportation required
- Mileage is reimbursed per our company expense reimbursement policy
- Willing and able to work beyond core business hours of Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, as needed.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Case management and discharge planning experience.
- Managed Care experience.
- Medicaid experience.
**Education** Bachelor's degree or non-licensed master level clinician required, with either degree being in behavioral health, human services, health services, or public health preferred. (i.e. psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, juvenile justice).

The typical pay range for this role is:

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
