We are searching for a reliable home technician (handyman/handywoman) to provide fencing/porch/decking services to our customers in our community. If you have five or more years of paid experience in estimating, building, and servicing fencing/porches/decking. We are looking for a seasoned handyman/handywoman with the following experience:
Fence/deck/porch building
Fence/deck/porch repair
Fence/deck/porch cleaning and staining
Estimating
Other handy person skills a plus

The appropriate candidate for the Home Technician/Handyman position will be proficient in fence, deck, and porch installation, repair, and estimating. Candidates do not need to be licensed tradesmen, but those candidates are welcome to apply. Qualified candidates will need a driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and standard tools. Candidates must also speak conversational English and be legal citizens of the US. The FLIGHT DECK Specialist will partner closely with the Sr. FLIGHT DECK Leader and Operations teams to activate FLIGHT DECK and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

+ **FLIGHT DECK Implementation:** Support the full adoption of FLIGHT DECK fundamentals, including Standard Work, Daily & Visual Management, Value Stream Management, Operating Cadences, and Hoshin Kanri, to optimize manufacturing processes.
+ **Leadership & Coaching:** Advise and coach site leadership and teams on FLIGHT DECK principles, acting as a change agent to embed lean practices and drive cultural transformation.
+ **Process Improvement:** Utilize lean tools and methodologies to solve complex problems, develop objectives, and achieve both short-term and long-term goals.
+ **Training & Development:** Execute the training and development of extended manufacturing team to ensure alignment with FLIGHT DECK transformation efforts, including curriculum development, delivery, and audit readiness.
