Fast growth and the salary is okay
They are not what they seem in the media and are possibly misclassifying majority of their contractors themselves even though they help other companies prevent that. Yeah funny right, complete double standards. They treat their customers great but their staff gets the bare minimum or even less. As someone who values transparency and empathy in business dealings, my experience with Deel Inc. has left me profoundly disappointed. While I wish I could provide a more positive review, my interactions with this company have been nothing short of disheartening. I initially was exited, inspired and intrigued by Deel, with high hopes, drawn by the company's proclaimed values of fairness, empathy, and compassion. Unfortunately, my personal experience has revealed a stark contrast between these ideals and the reality I encountered. During a particularly challenging time in my life, I found myself in a situation that required understanding and support. Regrettably, Deel Inc.'s response seemed to prioritize rigid processes over genuine empathy. My attempts to connect and communicate were often met with automated responses, devoid of the warmth and humanity I had anticipated. The leadership team, including the CEO and especially the Legal Team, appeared distant and unresponsive, leaving me with a lingering sense of disillusionment. Despite the company's public image and stated values, my personal encounters suggested a lack of genuine concern for the well-being of its employees. Ultimately, my journey with Deel Inc. led me to settle for less. This decision came with a heavy heart, as it seemed that my pleas for compassion went unnoticed until it appeared that I had no other choice. I write this review anonymously, not out of fear, but in the hope that my experience will serve as a cautionary tale for others. It is my sincere wish that Deel Inc. reevaluates its approach to employee interactions and lives up to the values it publicly proclaims. As someone who once believed in this company's potential, I now find myself deeply disheartened by the stark contrast between the image and the reality.
