Money. Never be out of a job. Big company with opportunitues depending on who you know.

Nepotism, apathy, company culture of time and copper theft, you either join that style of work or theyll work you for every ounce of energy you have. Just for you to skipped over and have someones Son or Friend get the job.

Management really cares about my self and family! When that tell you something they stick to their word. And no micro management they give me the tools I need and support if needed and let me do my thing!
