Annual Base Salary for newly appointed CBPOs varies as follows:
GS-9: $61,111 - $124,443 per year

Qualifications:
· Associate's or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

This individual will assist in overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations to ensure Pathways implements clinical care according to its policies and procedures, best practices in the industry, and in response to patient and stakeholder needs. This position generally carries out responsibilities in the following areas: quality review of ABA services, provide staff supervision, and reinforce Pathways policies and procedures.
Manage and maintain assigned clinical cases.
Collaborates with the Clinical Director or Regional Director in developing articulated clinic goals, objectives, and systems.
Manages program supervisors and lead behavior technicians in task assignment, completion, and performance.
Collaborates with Pathways internal and external departments - clinical, finance, accreditation, etc in the development and implementation of programs and policies regularly.
Collaborates with Human Resources to ensure credentialing, government regulations, and compliance requirements are met.
Attend and participate in Community Mental Health and other funding sources meetings with the CD or RD as appropriate. Stay knowledgeable of funding sources requirements and ensure PAC is compliant.
Ensure stakeholders (including families, paraprofessionals, caregivers, and funding sources) are satisfied with services, including active problem-solving and resolution of issues, timely reporting issues, and follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Participate in employee recruitment, selection, and training with Human Resources.
Hosts staff meetings collaboratively with supervisors and management, including providing monthly ABA training for staff.
Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
Oversees the Behavior Analyst in Training Program.
