The Surgery Scheduler is responsible for coordinating clerical and administrative support functions within the Neurosurgery Department. Appropriately interacts with physicians, patients, family and staff. Supports unit activities to ensure smooth functioning of the surgical process and assures the appropriate clinical and insurance information is collected for the surgery scheduled. Responsibilities include but are not limited to personal management to include personnel selection, orientation/training, scheduling, development/mentoring, performance appraisals, coaching and counseling, disciplinary actions, physician relationships, intradepartmental and interdepartmental activities, quality control and process improvement activities, regulatory compliance and fiscal control.
Essential Job Functions

Associate Caregiver Health RN .8, Day shift In promoting optimal health and well-being in Providence Saint Joseph Health caregivers, the Caregiver Health Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing clinical caregiver health services. The Associate CHRN ensures compliance with state and federal requirements and PSJH policies. Participates as an integral team member with colleagues such as Infection Prevention, Absence and Disability Management, Workers' Compensation and Well-being to deliver high quality occupational and environmental health services. Performs all duties in a manner that promotes Providence Saint Joseph Health mission, values, and philosophy. In all aspects, serves as a role model for the values and mission of the organization and promotion of integration of services with a culture of health and safety. The Associate CHRN provides pre-employment health screens, vaccinations, performs training and education, manages surveillance and in doing so supports caregivers within the scope of Caregiver Health Services to ensure they are as prepared as possible to perform their work duties safely.

Required Qualifications:
1 year Experience as an RN in an acute hospital setting or similar nursing experience..
Montana Registered Nurse License (Vendor Managed)
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed)
Preferred Qualifications:
6 months Experience in an Employee/Occupational Health setting
6 months Experience with computer databases and systems, such as Microsoft Office, Excel, OHM.
