The new hire will play a leading role in sourcing, structuring, and managing real estate debt investments. In particular we are seeking a candidate who has experience in (i) purchasing non‑performing and sub‑performing loans, (ii) loan workouts, and (iii) direct high‑yield lending. General Position Responsibilities Lead the origination, underwriting, and structuring of debt investments across various real estate asset classes.
