At Deerfield, you will work in a clean and safe work environment, and will help to ensure the safety of residents and guests by responding to requests for assistance, by patrolling the grounds, and by making regular safety checks throughout your shift. Security Officer will:
Actively Patrol Deerfield Campus on foot, in the departmental golf cart and security vehicle (with potential for up to 6-8 miles of walking per shift)
Must have basic knowledge skills for using Smart Phones, Tablets, PC's and laptops (Able to Create Word Documents, Outlook, Excel Documents, Scanning, Copy to Paste information to reports)
Required to complete Daily Reports, Incident Reports, Fire Reports, Life Safety Reports as required
Security Officer will be trained on Life Safety Equipment, Access Control and Work Order System
Driver's license with acceptable driving record required
