Clean criminal history, as required for positions with direct patient care; some states require additional background checks including fingerprinting. Phlebotomy Certification from an accredited training school or equivalent, preferred. Home Draws: Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy work experience required; additional credentialing requirements must be successfully completed prior to working on our Home Draw team!
