Primary Responsibilities:
Commercial Assistant:

Assists in building customer relationships by handling incoming calls and emails to assure timely response of queries while maintaining an office presence in the absence of the Commercial Lender(s).
Work with customers and make sure that questions on existing loans and pending requests are answered in a timely manner or directed to the proper department or employee.
Branch Operations:
Keep abreast of changes in products, policies and procedures, and attend training as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Customer Service:
Assists customers with resolution of account problems and issues.
Is responsible for comprehensive, prompt and efficient customer service.
Qualifications
Prefer some secondary education and a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial loan processing, servicing, documentation, or related position.

Purpose of the role
In this position, you will be responsible for branch sales, customer growth, and deposit retention. You will also direct and supervise the staff on day-to-day operations in the assigned branch location, ensuring delivery of quality customer service and achievement of sales or productivity goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee a staff of 3-5 employees
Responsible for coaching, training, and reviewing employees
Complete deposits, withdrawals, and other financial interactions
Provide excellent customer service
Balance teller station
Confirm accuracy of transactions
Prepare, verify and issue cashier checks and personal money orders, and facilitate wire transfers
Open new accounts
Renegotiate certificates of deposit
Responsible for maintaining audit and compliance standards and reports and overseeing that subordinates do as well
Education and Experience
High School Diploma, required; Associates degree and equivalent industry experience in related field, preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the branch with at least one year as an assistant branch manager highly, required.
National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

We are seeking a Regional Teller to travel between our Delphos, Lima East, & Lima West branches!
Under the direction of the Head Teller, the Regional Teller supports the company's core values and focuses on providing an exceptional client experience. The Regional Teller performs comprehensive cash receipt and payment services in accordance with financial institution procedures. Additionally, this person will perform a variety of customer savings, checking and credit account transactions, as well as customer services such as, but not limited to, sales of cashier's checks, gift cards, etc... The Regional Teller also offers and opens deposit products, and deposit related products, while referring other bank products to the appropriate bank team member. Travels between branches to cover Teller vacations, short staffing, etc.
Primary Responsibilities
Teller and Customer Service:
Responsible for performing comprehensive, prompt, and efficient customer transactions and services.
Assists customers with resolution of account problems and issues.
Receives checks for cash and for deposits to accounts, verifies amounts, examines checks for proper endorsement and possible fraud, and enters deposits into computer system.
Cashes checks and processes withdrawals; pays out money after verification of customer and balances.
Recommends the best bank products, including checking accounts, to customers by using the Service Excellence Process and asking for the business.
Identify sales opportunities at the Teller counter and at the drive thru and make professional referrals to other team members for products and services that you cannot open yourself.
Participates in sales goals that may be established by management for such items as, but not limited to, debit cards, credit cards, digital and mobile banking, and referrals for other bank products and services.
Offers, opens, and refers, where appropriate, other financial institution products and services such as consumer and mortgage loans, checking and savings accounts, Wealth Management, Treasury Management, Commercial, deposit and loan products, merchant services, IRAs, certificates of deposit, safe deposit boxes, etc.
Cross-sells financial institution services such as safe deposit boxes, savings, CDs, online & mobile banking, debit cards, credit cards, etc.
Receives and processes mortgage, consumer loan and other payments and ensures the payments match balances due.
Places holds on accounts, as necessary, for uncollected funds.
Counts, verifies and packages coin and currency for buy/sell to vault and Fed.
Balances cash drawer at the end of the shift and compares totaled amounts to computer generated proof sheet. Reports any discrepancies to the supervisor, as necessary.
Is responsible for checking night depository bags and recording proper information on the financial institution's forms.
Assists in the bank-by mail function, where available.
Comply with all department and company policies and procedures.
Branch Operations:
Keep abreast of changes in products, policies, and procedures, and attend training as needed.
Ensures that the Teller station is orderly and properly stocked with forms, supplies, etc.
Reports malfunctions of Teller terminals and other equipment used at Teller station.
May be responsible for bank opening/closing.
Promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts, customers, potential customers, and team members.
Contribute to the fulfillment of department and company objectives and goals.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and customer service experience required.
Cash handling experience preferred.
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
