Pros of working at DEKA Research

Benefits and pay are above average..... company gives yearly bonuses and rewards employees monthly with dollar or free meals

Cons of working at DEKA Research

Communication with personnel is difficult and when you do speak to them they never follow through with what was talked about

The yearly bonus is nice it usually added up to 3 weeks of pay right before companies schedule yearly one week shut down
