FVCA camp staff are responsible for the general supervision and engagement of all campers in both our kids and teen camp programs. They provide a structured positive and safe environment for them to experience God in a camp setting. Our goal is to help our children explore nature, play games, bond with other campers, have fun but most importantly learn about Jesus Christ in an extraordinary way. Being patient, knowledgeable of camp activities and having the ability to build good relationships with children and teens are three essential traits for our staff. Role & Responsibilities: Supervise, guide, love, and care for a group of 7-10 campers at a week's time during the entire summer season at FVCA. Consistently engage with campers throughout the day and week including discussions over meal time, cabin devotionals, chapel and other planned activity sessions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Use of company vehicles that do not require a CDL to operate for pickup and delivery of parts and/or equipment. Cleaning the yard, shop and equipment. When required to drive vehicles that require a CDL, Yard Person will get driver's pay at the entry level driver progression rate. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess a valid driver's license. Should have basic computer skills; a plus if you have experience using MS Office. Should have the ability to follow instructions and complete required training. Position Overview: Loader Operator As a Loader Operator at Fenix Parts, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations by operating heavy equipment, moving vehicles and equipment throughout the yard, and maintaining inventory integrity. Your work will help ensure the smooth functioning of our recycling processes. Key Responsibilities: * Equipment Operation: Operate heavy equipment, including commercial-sized forklifts with 14-foot forks and standard forklifts. * Yard Management: Move vehicles and equipment throughout the yard, monitor lot inventory and vehicle check-in, and respond to production, warehousing, and transportation needs. * Vehicle Staging: Unload car haulers and stage cars for the inventory department. * Dismantling Support: Support dismantling by bringing unprocessed cars to dismantlers and placing vehicles back in the yard. * Vehicle Crushing: Crush vehicles that have reached their useful life. * Scrap Loading: Load scrap haulers with crushed cars that are ready for final disposal. * Inventory Maintenance: Maintain inventory locations and the integrity of vehicles.
