Job Responsibilities
As a Hotel Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the overall cleanliness of assigned guest rooms, ensuring cleanliness standards are met while providing pleasant and professional service to all guests.
Your specific duties in this role will include:
* Maintain a clean and organized supply cart.
* Sort, count, fold, mark, or carry linens.
* Change linen and make beds.
* Sweep, scrub, and mop floors.
* Dust furniture and fixtures.
* Wash walls, ceiling, woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
* Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
* Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to disposal area.
* Vacuum rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
* Move furniture, hang and remove drapes, and roll carpets as needed.
* Replenish guest room supplies, i.e. drinking glasses, bathroom amenities and writing supplies.
* Ensure lost and found articles are tagged and turned into management.
* Inspect room for maintenance needs and check all fixtures, equipment and room conditions (television, radio, lights, heating/cooling, furniture, wallpaper, etc.) for proper operation, settings and maintenance. Report deficiencies.
* Clean lobby, lounge, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways as assigned.
* Replace light bulbs as needed.
* Deep clean all assigned guest rooms and replenish guest amenities and supplies as needed.
* Complete second housekeeping service for assigned rooms as needed.

Job Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and working order of the building, its equipment and all physical assets.
Your specific duties in this role will include:
* Trouble shoot equipment, systems and facilities and make appropriate repairs. Tasks include but are not limited to painting and wallpaper repair, tub and sink repair, outlet and bulb replacement, woodworking, concrete and tile repair.
* Perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms and on equipment including laundry equipment, heating and air conditioner units, ice machines, spa equipment, fire extinguishers, fire/smoke alarms, lawn sprinklers, kitchen appliances and plumbing. Maintenance is performed as required by the manufacturer and in accordance with warranty specifications.
* Perform swimming pool and spa maintenance duties according to manufacturer specifications and local Health Department Regulations.
* Assist with outdoor seasonal work including lawn mowing and snow removal.
* Maintain the cleanliness of the engineering shop and any other areas that work may be performed.
* Log readings from meters, gauges and other measuring units as required.
* Communicate changes in room status with Front Desk and Housekeeping.
* Maintain a working knowledge of the Fire Alarms/Life Safety Systems and handle emergencies involving the systems.
* Assist other departments with moving furniture and unloading and storing supplies as needed.
* Provide safe transportation to all guests using the hotel shuttle vehicle as needed.

**Position Summary**
Accurately processes all customer and replenishment orders in a manner to ensure safety, quality and performance goals are met on a daily basis.
**Position Responsibilities**
+ Pull raw material request orders for delivery to specified work centers in production and properly scan in RF device; supply required consumables to production areas and handle disposal of some waste from the production floor, i.e., bad pallets, recyclables, etc.
+ Return material to the raw warehouse and consolidate into existing bays where possible upon put away and properly scan in RF device
+ Follow all safety procedures, including safety startup checklists at the beginning of the shift for powered industrial vehicles, notifying the team leader/supervisor of any equipment problems immediately, wearing all required PPE, participating in 6S events, and maintaining good housekeeping and execution of standard work
+ Report any scrap, damaged product, or quality problems to the team leader/supervisor immediately
+ Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers by willingness to take on additional responsibility and/or support as assigned
**Knowledge and Experience**
+ One to four (1-4) years of experience in a warehouse setting
+ Good communication skills, English fluency, both verbal and written
+ Forklift operator authorization required and demonstrated ability in safe equipment operation, including elevated locations (heights)
+ Must be able to comply with manufacturer's weight limit to wear required safety tether for picking at elevated locations
+ Demonstrated ability in proper freight handling. Working knowledge of all hazardous shipping rules and regulations
+ Willingness to work and to follow instructions
+ Reading ability sufficient to identify labels and understand written documentation
+ Cooperative attitude toward co-workers and supervisors.

Position Summary
The person in this role is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely set-up, processing improvements, and troubleshooting of plastic injection molds, tooling and equipment (including auxiliary equipment) operation while ensuring that safety, quality and productivity goals are achieved on a daily basis.
Position Responsibilities
Set-up molds, related tooling and equipment according to daily production schedules; verify equipment is running at required cycle time within specs and quality level prior to releasing for production.
Ensure tools and material are returned to proper locations before leaving workstation.
Evaluate and advise Tool room or Maintenance of problems with tooling or equipment.
Perform first piece inspection and provide QA Tech part for approval after mold changeover.
Troubleshoot equipment processing problems related to product quality.
Complete all required production and quality assurance documentation.
Evaluate, recommend and execute continuous improvement suggestions to improve the operating efficiency as appropriate.
Follow all safety procedures in completion of job duties.
Verify all safety-related devices, machine guarding, signage, etc. are in place and functioning prior to releasing equipment for production.
Wear required PPE.
Participate in 6S events and sustain 6S standards through good housekeeping and execution of standard work including knowledge of lock out, tag out procedures.
Maximize the flow of communication for effective performance within the department and between shifts.
Utilize LEAN Thinking in formal and informal settings including participating in LEAN Events (Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Projects, Just-Do-It), submitting Suggestions, attending LEAN Training, and improving work cell/areas of responsibility daily.
Use visual tools and display boards and update them as appropriate.
Document all changes resulting from LEAN activities.
Accept and embrace change necessary for continuous improvement.

Position Summary:

Position Summary
Maintain safe, accurate and timely troubleshooting and project planning of machining maintenance, building maintenance and/or electrical projects to ensure that safety, quality and productivity goals are achieved on a daily basis.

What we're looking for…
Our Chemical Mixer Associates are the driving force for Oatey's chemical product manufacturing operations. In this role you will support our customers by making chemical batch mixes using established formulations and methods to ensure that safety, quality and production goals are met.

Complete mixing tasks on a rotational basis as assigned by the supervisor/team leader of the department

IT Analytics Intern Position Summary:
Under the general supervision of senior IT leadership, the intern will complete a variety of assignments to support modern analytics at Oatey to include ingestion of new data sources, creating new data pipelines and transformations, creating new reporting views in SQL, working alongside business teams in the creation of Power BI reports and dashboards, and further improving the overall analytics community with new training content and documentation. In addition, the Engineering Technician will provide tactical and strategic guidance on the floor and support equipment uptime and maintenance through effective diagnostic trouble shooting and maintenance intervention.
Consult regularly with engineering, maintenance and production plant leadership to ensure effective focus of shift maintenance team on safety and production.
Knowledge and Experience
Ability to use computer based diagnostic programs such as PLC viewers, encoder setups, hydraulic systems tuning, etc. and knowledge of choosing PLC components
Excellent hands-on skills as evidenced by a minimum of 3-5 years as a professional industrial maintenance technician and / or evidence of successful completion of a recognized training program covering multiple skilled manufacturing disciplines.
Industrial Maintenance knowledge and skills including but not limited to:
PLC programming experience required; Allen Bradley - Studio Logix preferred.
Knowledge of choosing PLC components.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings is required with the ability to create electrical prints using draft sight or autocad.
Ability to read and interpret 3d models and 2d drawings.
Proficient in CAD, SolidWorks software preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of various equipment (drills, saws, hand tools, electronics, welder, torch, etc.) and a variety of maintenance equipment.
Exceptional attention to detail.

Ability and willingness to successfully complete the 24-hour Haz-Mat training refresher course provided by the company and adhere to appropriate procedures.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Repair relief valves, control valves, on/off valves and pneumatic actuators in FCX actuation facility or customer plant locations.
Mechanically and electrically troubleshoot, inspect, and test valves at specified job worksites. Primary worksites include FCX valve repair centers with occasional customer in-field work sites.
Perform pre-testing, disassembly, cleaning, in process inspection, machining, lapping, painting, assembly, testing, and final inspection on various types of valves and actuation.
Perform testing on certified test equipment, and complete all documentation by working under a QA / QC / National Board VR program.
Complete field service worksheets and submit to job coordinator upon completion of work.
Understanding of pneumatic and digital controls.
Ability and knowledge to reference appropriate valve manuals for repair requirements.
Exhibit an ability to effectively communicate with plant personnel regarding valve and instrumentation equipment and customer requirements.
Obtain all site specific and safety related training to perform valve repair services.
Maintain driver eligibility and regular preventative maintenance on company owned vehicle.
Assist others as required.
