Saint Agnes Medical Providers (SAMP) is a physician-led 120+ provider multispecialty group seeking a part-time Pathology Anatomic and Clinical Medical Director in Fresno, California.
The selected candidate will lead the pathology laboratory, managing all facets of its operations, and will contribute approximately 15 hours per week. This includes planning, organizing, and directing activities of the Laboratory with support from administrative directors, managers, supervisors, and senior technologists. The Director will also serve as a subject matter expert and consultant, collaborating closely with physicians and other health care providers.
Responsibilities include providing clinical direction, ensuring laboratory oversight, validating tests, and maintaining College of American Pathologists (CAP) accreditation. Experience in a CAP-accredited laboratory is desirable. As a member of the Anatomic and Clinical Pathology team, the Director will consult with clinical staff and participate in tumor boards. While this is a general pathology service within a community hospital, subspecialty expertise and prior management experience are highly desirable.

Position Overview:
The Department of Educational Leadership invites applicants for a position as a departmental Graduate Assistant. The Department of Educational Leadership faculty prepares candidates to effectively lead in educational organizations in the Central Valley of California and beyond. Our graduates serve in leadership roles in diverse educational settings such as public and private schools, colleges, universities, and other related educational agencies. We offer three graduate programs: the Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership, the Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration and Leadership (HEAL), and the P12 Administration Program.
The Graduate Assistant (GA) in Educational Leadership is a paraprofessional staff member in the Kremen School of Education and Human Development. Through service in this role, the GA will develop specific core competencies related to the ACPA/NASPA professional competency areas. The GA will support the Department Chair, Faculty, and Staff in developing programs and processes to promote the work of the Department of Educational Leadership faculty and students, with particular attention to departmental promotion and community engagement. The ideal GA will have had some experience in community outreach in higher education.
The department reserves the right to choose the most qualified candidate for each position and to assign Graduate Assistants to the courses or duties that are appropriate for the department program and curriculum in any given semester. Due to staff and curriculum changes, appointments may vary, and no guarantee of employment from semester to semester can be made.

* Spring 2026: January 15, 2026 - May 22, 2026
Hours/Units per week: Students can work up to 20-hours per week;
* 1-unit is equivalent to 2.66 hrs per week (40hrs x 1-unit/15-unit)
* No more than 6 units, (or not to exceed 7.50 total WTU's in one semester, which equates to 20-hours per week)
Job Duties may include the following, but will be dependent upon the specific area to which the GA will be assigned, as well as upon the specific needs of the faculty supervisor.
* Developing processes and strategies to foster engagement with the Educational Leadership community, namely the students, alumni, larger Fresno State community, and prospective students connected to all three departmental graduate programs;
* Collaborating with the department staff and faculty to create a system for tracking program alumni, updating their contact information, and identifying opportunities for alumni to connect with current students and community members;
* Support the coordination of cross-departmental programs such as alumni programs, the Higher Education Student Affairs in the Central Valley Conference, other annual department events, and socials;
* Developing and supporting departmental processes for social media engagement, programmatic promotion and recruitment, and digital/printed materials to support departmental outreach and programs;
* Connecting with college and department colleagues to identify departmental alumni and collecting information from them to share on social media and the program website;
* Assist departmental program coordinators in identifying potential community partners;
Qualifications:
* Minimum GPA 3.0; Applicants with a 3.5 or higher are preferred,
* Must enroll in at least 6 units (three of which must be graduate units) for the semester or in two courses applicable to program of study,
* Must have an earned Bachelor's degree
* Must be enrolled in the HEAL master's program at Fresno State
* International students must have a TOEFL score of 600 or better,
* Experience working in higher education and/or student affairs (e.g. can include paraprofessional experiences)
* Experience developing and delivering surveys using Google Forms and Qualtrics
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with Google Suite and MS Office
* Understanding of social justice and equity issues in education
* Desire to develop student affairs professional competencies
* Interest in supporting graduate student success
* Experience in analyzing and delivering reports on data from surveys
* Experience using Mailchimp and Canva online software

* Salary: Each department has different salary scales. Please check with your department for your Base Salary. The monthly salary is calculated based on the Weighted Teaching Units assigned.
* Salary Schedule: The CSU salary schedule can be found here (Class Code = 2355 for Graduate Assistants).
* Assignments: Assignments are made by Department Chair or Program Coordinator after consultation with the teaching associate.
* Duties Form: Per the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Unit 11, a Duties Form (see Appendix E of the CBA) will be completed between the Department and Academic Student Employee. This form substantiates the jobs included for the department teaching associate position.

Develop, implement and manage programs specifically focus on economic empowerment, financial literacy and education, and access to financial tools.
Oversee economic mobility and opportunity related reporting, incentive programs, contracts, and agreements, ensuring alignment with both organizational objectives and funding requirements.
Connect participants with relevant community resources, benefits, financial tools and other support services.
Successfully complete all required tax law training and certifications for the Free Tax Preparation Program.
Provide tax services including education, outreach and tax preparation services for eligible community members.

The Transportation Officer is responsible for the secure and safe transportation, guarding and escorting, of individuals from specified sites to designated points. Transportation Officers duties include, but are not limited to, armed transportation services, escorting individuals to and from transport vehicles, and monitoring in accordance with customer's standards. Transportation services entail over the road transport services, courtroom guarding, security services, and other related transportation and guard duties. The Transportation Officer is responsible for ensuring that the transportation vehicles are in safe and correct working order. The Transportation Officer is to ensure that they are in complete control of the transport vehicles at all times and that vehicles are operated in a safe and legal manner.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Inspect and prepare transportation vehicles for daily operation requirements; perform pre- and post-trip inspection of vehicles; fill out required paperwork to report any damage or defects
+ Conduct pat-down searches; ensure that individuals are properly secured prior to leaving a facility and while in a vehicle; ensure that all paperwork is obtained and completely accurately and thoroughly when obtaining individuals at a facility and delivering them to their appropriate destinations
+ Safe operation of vehicles; ensures that all safety and legal measures are followed at all times, including but not limited, to all application federal, state, municipal and organizational laws, regulations, policies, and procedures
**QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):**
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Ability to meet and maintain any applicable licensing, including driver's license or certification requirements
+ California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) Armed Security Guard License with a 40-caliber or 9mm endorsement
+ Must be a citizen of the United Sates
