SBNA is looking for a Sr. Director of Technology Lifecycle Management. The role will report into the Executive Director of Infrastructure for the US. The position will oversee obsolescence mitigation, asset management and the full lifecycle of technology assets from concept development through retirement. Scope will include servers, operating systems, databases, networks, storage, end-user computing, and IT for IT solutions. Qualified candidates must have experience working in a highly matrixed organization using shared services with complex vendor relationships, extensive use of contract resources, 24x7 availability of mission critical platforms, and regulatory scrutiny.
Responsibilities:
Develop IT software and hardware lifecycle management strategies to ensure proactive asset management and where possible develop a model for solving lifecycle related problems (e.g., obsolescence).
Sustain asset lifecycle management processes ensuring key aspects such as: data collection, analysis, and review are appropriate for product type, and are supporting the business needs for asset management.
Work with key stakeholders to ensure compliance to the asset lifecycle management process and build awareness of lifecycle management within the broader IT community.
