What will you do?
Supervise all team members and ensure food preparation and production meets quality standards
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers and ensure all kitchen equipment is in working order
Effectively supervise proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food
Perform opening, closing and side work duties
Actively work to maintain food cost within parameters set by culinary leadership
Partner with team members and restaurant managers to satisfy guests

At least two years' experience as a line cook, including supervisory experience
Ability to effectively communicate with others and lead in a fast-paced environment
Attentive and detailed oriented
Basic math skills with an ability to understand, calculate and follow recipe measurements and proportions
Must be at least 18 years old

**What will you do?**
+ Sell beverages throughout Target Field in the stands
+ Actively engage with fans and promote beverage sales.
+ Circulate among guests within the assigned section; call out and sell alcohol, beverage or food products
+ Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification and adhere to company alcohol policies and procedures
+ Collect payment from guests while following credit handling policies
+ Conduct inventory reports at the end of each shift
**More about you**
+ High energy, stamina, and a positive attitude.
+ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
+ Ability to comfortably carry 50-75 lbs up and down stairs and navigate crowded areas for extended periods.
+ A strong sales drive and a hunger to maximize your earnings!
+ Basic math skills to accurately account for vendor sales
+ Capacity to understand and follow directions as well as work cooperatively with others
+ Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
+ Must be at least 18 years old.
