They had nice equipment for awhile but no maintenance now. No extra trucks if yours is down.

Terrible management. Literally nobody cares if you have a problem. Do what you think is best and suffer the consequences.

The day I left.

Nothing because you can't get them to answer the phone.

Fire everyone and hire people that want the company to make money.

There was no interview. I was hired over the phone and was in a truck the next day. No training no nothing. My payroll was 2 weeks behind because I wasn't trained on the ELD.

The pay wasn't enough for the trouble.

They literally hire anyone.

Nothing. It's the single worst experience ever. My blood pressure was always high and I had ulcers. After I left all that went away.

The tribe that runs this company is only in it for themselves and couldn’t care less about the employees that make things happen

Not a seasoned leader.

Get executrices that actually have executive leadership experience.

Not bad with the exception of bonus cuts and deferred merit increases at the discretion of leadership.

It's a job, expect to wonder each day if you will get out even close to your scheduled time.

Poor management, policies changed based on who you ask, being thrown under the bus by managers. Poor pay, good luck using PTO as they are chronically understaffed.
