Triage Home operational issues in partnership with Administrators, Director/VP Home Therapies and RVPs as needed. Initiates Corrective Action Plan development, implementation and follow through as required for internal and external surveys. Follows up on any/all deficiencies for all audits done internally (corporate) or externally (CMS & TDH). Assures compliance with required Governing Body meetings, monthly QAPI meetings and care plan conferences and assures documentation of such through recorded minutes. Maintains a positive/collaborative relationship with physicians, area hospital agencies and the community. Grade level eligibility and salaries vary depending upon background, including experience and education, and duty location of the opportunity. This is a career ladder position with a grade level progression of GS-5, GS-7, GS-9, GS-11, and GS-12.
