• Greet guests and provide details on items for sale while using suggestive selling techniques.
• Serve food and beverage items in correct proportions.
• Collect cash, provide change and process POS transactions, maintain and balance bank for each shift.
• Clean equipment and maintain appearance of the work area at set up, throughout shift, and at close.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to communicate and provide excellent guest service while taking orders.
• Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash, inventory and maintain bank.
• Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to lift and carry at least 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand for the entire length of shift with frequent bending, walking, reaching and grasping objects.
• Exposure to and use of chemicals to clean areas, surfaces and equipment.
