Heat and put out all hot foods by 10:30am daily, maintain hot food department and hot table, clean, rotate and fill, clean and organize hot foods refrigerator, responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of hot foods station, responsible for preparing chickens, pull all items for the following day (wings, ribs, etc), make sure dishes are put away, fill and clean hot food area before end of shift, customer service, make sure all deliveries are put away in the proper refrigerator or freezer, make sure hot table is clean and fresh at all times. Set up second sandwich stations, back up meat and cheeses, organize and fill gourmet sandwich station, wipe and freshen up soaps and salad bar, clean slicers before the end of shift and help prepare for the closing shift. Close the salad bar at 8:40pm, sweep and clean slicers.
