Operations hours for this position is Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6am-630pm, pay for this position is $19.00pm per hour with $1.75 shift differential.

What We're Seeking
Produce high quality products at efficient levels of manufacturing using Standard Work, while working together as a team. Responsible for the inspection of all sandwiches coming down the line to ensure appearance meets all quality standards and recipe specifications and pulling rejected products off the discharge belt of the Multivac in a timely manner.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
General
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure food safety and integrity.
Always follow safety protocols and use designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in required areas.
Follow additional tasks as assigned by Production Supervisor or Lead.
Collaborate, communicate, and learn from people with different backgrounds, cultures, abilities, language, or perspectives.
Food Safety and Quality
Execute assigned food safety, quality and continuous improvement ensuring to support SQF requirements, regulatory requirements and customers requirements.
Pull rejected products off the discharge belt of the Multivac in a timely manner.
Inspect raw materials for quality and communicate any deviations.
Report any questionable product to Line Controller, QA, Lead or Production Supervisor before bringing to line.
Leadership
Follow Policies and Procedures of EA Sween Company.
Respect and cooperate with any work duties that are requested of you by your Supervisor, Lead or Line Controller.
Lean/Continuous Improvement
Control and watch for material waste, i.e, floor waste, over portioning of raw material on sandwiches.
Notify maintenance immediately if problems arise with equipment.
Contribute to process improvements; participate in lean activities.
Standard Work
All products are to be produced to recipe/appearance specifications, using standard work as a guideline on how to perform each position on the line.
Ensure the material being used is correct.
Ensure correct slices of meat or cheese to deliver correct quantity and appearance.

Provide timely communication of EM (ATP and APC) test results that do not meet standards and ensure CAPA is completed and documented.
Ensure food safety and quality documentation meets the requirements of SQG Level III.
Review of quality checks in Redzone to ensure compliance with CQP's.
Review of food safety checks in Redzone to ensure compliance with labeling, GMP's, SSOP's, and CCP/metal detection.
Ensure follow up on supplier related quality issues and assist in corrective action request.
Identify training needs and conduct scheduled GMP training and extra training interventions to meet food safety and quality standards.
Develop and implement calibration requirements for thermometers used during receiving of raw materials and finished goods daily and audit documentation.
Conduct sensory evaluations of finished products produced at facility.
Personal and Company Development

What We're Seeking
As a Senior Data Engineer you will lead the design, development, and optimization of our data infrastructure, with a strong focus on integrating and visualizing data using JD Edwards (JDE) and EDI. Essential Functions
Provide assistance to operators and learn the basics of each position.
Perform preventative operator maintenance (POM) duties and complete additional cleaning tasks as determined by the supervisor.
Provide support to Whey Operator during CIP process.
Monitor, test and correct CIP concentrations.
Assist and support cleaning-related POMs.
Assist in CIP on MP RO/POL, Water HTST and all associated lines, tanks and equipment according to SOPs.
Provide support to Lactose Operator and Evap Operator during CIP process.
Monitor and sample RO/POL/HTST process during shutdown, CIP, and startup at specified control points and correct any deviations from defined analytical set points.
Transport finished WPC80 and Lactose to storage.
Maintain good communications with lead and/or supervisors to ensure a safe, continuous product flow and proper maintenance of equipment.

Compensation: The target salary range for this position is $115,000-$126,000 annually, consistent with our internal compensation framework. This position is classified as Grade 16, with a full pay range of $94,810.51-$150,352.02. You are eligible for an incentive bonus up to 10% of your annual salary, prorated based on your start date. Final pay will be determined by your experience, skills, internal equity, and available budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Architect and maintain enterprise infrastructure systems (security, compute, storage, networking, virtualization).

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
General
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to uphold food safety and product integrity.
Consistently follow safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated areas.
Complete additional tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

Food Safety & Quality
Implement assigned food quality and continuous improvement activities to support Safe Quality Foods Code requirements, regulatory requirements and customers' requirements.
Work with the Quality Assistants to ensure portions, net weights and MAP checks are conducted according to standard work, and records indicate pre-set standards are being met.
Ensure that all QC testing equipment (scales, O2/CO2 equipment) is calibrated and maintained.
Conduct daily environmental monitoring and execute the monthly Hold & Test program to ensure all equipment, FSMA and HACCP product categories are tested.
Provide timely communication of EM (ATP and APC) test results that do not meet standards and ensure CAPA is completed and documented.
Ensure food safety and quality documentation meets the requirements of SQG Level III.
Review of quality checks in Redzone to ensure compliance with CQP's.
Review of food safety checks in Redzone to ensure compliance with labeling, GMP's, SSOP's, and CCP/metal detection.
Ensure follow up on supplier related quality issues and assist in corrective action request.
Identify training needs and conduct scheduled GMP training and extra training interventions to meet food safety and quality standards.
Develop and implement calibration requirements for thermometers used during receiving of raw materials and finished goods daily and audit documentation.
Conduct sensory evaluations of finished products produced at facility.
