How you will lead

Schwieters Companies is seeking to add a FT 2nd Shift Material Delivery Assistant in our Millwork department.

Our material delivery assistants are passionate about their job and can see how their work benefits the growth of our company. Our delivery driver helpers value working hard, dedication, and teamwork.
What your day would look like:
Our material delivery assistants begin their day at 2:30 pm with their trucks pre-loaded from the previous day. On a busy day, our material delivery assistants can expect to help in the delivery of material to 6 - 10 different locations which can vary from commercial or residential new construction job sites. The products they unload from the trucks can range from cabinets, 6-8ft doors, wood trim that can range up to 30ft, and other misc. products. After the route is complete, the rest of the evening is spent loading the trucks for the next day deliveries. Our trucks are stored inside all season long. Cleanliness is very important to us which is why we clean and wash our trucks regularly.
In addition, you will:
- Ability to lift and carry material up to 100lbs into commercial or residential new construction buildings
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and CRT physical
