Customer Support: Serve as a point of contact for customers post-delivery, offering ongoing support and assistance as needed. Address any concerns or technical issues promptly and professionally, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and demonstrating genuine enthusiasm for their RV lifestyle. Final Hitch Demonstration: Demonstrate how to properly hitch the RV to the vehicle. Per policy disconnect hitch and have the customer hook to their unit without assistance (we do not hook the trailer up for the customer) Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training, certifications, or relevant college coursework in Business, Management, or RV operations is a plus. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in RV operations, customer service, or a related field preferred; leadership or project management experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of RV systems, features, and safe towing procedures, with the ability to clearly educate and guide customers. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor.
