This is a full-time position that is designed for people with evening and weekend availability. The successful candidate will focus on owning the day-to-day tasks of the operations space and assisting the leadership with organization and event production. The main focus of this role is to clean, protect and organize catering assets, take catering deliveries, check in/out proper supplies for events and while keeping a show ready environment to ensure events fall within the client vision and company standards. Operates company vehicle to pick up and deliver local orders and equipment as required. Sorts assignments and arranges the most efficient route. Maintains Vendor Managed Inventory programs at customer locations. Organizes products in reverse delivery order and loads in delivery vehicle. Unloads products at customer location and obtains customer signature on packing slip to show proof of delivery. Determines which items need to be picked, checked and shipped from sales order.
