As an Independent Contractor Delivery Driver, you will pick up orders from designated retail store locations and deliver them directly to customers' homes. All deliveries are local, drop-off-only, with no installation, assembly, or special handling required. Drivers typically complete 12-15 stops per day. Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds or more as needed for deliveries. Ability to work 5-6 days per week, starting at 7:00 AM and continuing until the assigned route is completed. Have access to a smartphone capable of running TSL's delivery app for dispatching, uploading photos, and collecting proof of delivery (POD). Must reside within 25 miles of the location for which you are applying.

The Gurney Van Driver will operate a gurney van equipped to provide nonemergency transport of mobility- impaired individuals to and from hospitals, convalescent facilities, private homes, dialysis units, doctor's offices, rehabilitation centers, etc. in a safe and timely manner. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: • Picks up patients at home or other facility. Provides the assistance required to safely board patients and caregivers. • Operates Stryker gurney as needed for safe and comfortable patient transportation. • On arrival at medical facility, assists patients in exiting the van and reaching the proper offices or treatment areas. • Checks the van to ensure that no personal items are left behind. • Provides first-aid or CPR if required during patient transport. Immediately notifies emergency staff and dispatcher if skilled assistance is required. • Completes reports at the end of a shift. • Immediately reports traffic accidents to dispatcher, requesting police or ambulance service as needed. Assists injured persons from first-aid kit until these services arrive. Completes company accident reports. • Checks all equipment for future readiness, maintains van in operable condition, ensures van cleanliness and orderliness of equipment and supplies, decontaminates vehicle interior after each transport. • Completes a thorough vehicle maintenance inspection prior to vehicle operation. • Maintains positive behaviors, attitudes and commitments to interpersonal service in regard to customer, visitors, and coworkers. • Performs related duties as assigned by management, supervisor, or dispatch.
