Job Description
AECOM is actively seeking a highly talented Transportation Project Manager for immediate employment in either Baton Rouge or New Orleans, Louisiana. The appropriately qualified applicant should be able to demonstrate an establish career in Transportation Engineering including roadway. This position will be responsible for Managing the planning, designing, and overseeing civil engineering projects, such as highways, bridges, surface drainage, and utilities infrastructure. In this role, the Project Manager will manage small or medium size projects and serve as a Deputy Project Manager on large projects.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
* Responsible for the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
* Provides management and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.
* Oversees and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
* Responsible for administering the project from budgeting/schedule stage through procurement and contract closeout. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned project.

* BA/BS + 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
* Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
* Professional Engineer (PE) Registered in Louisiana or ability to receive through Comity

* 10+ years of previous design and project delivery experience on transportation projects including Schematic Development and/or Preparation of Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E) for LADOTD
* 10+ years of previous design experience on transportation projects including Schematic Development and Preparation of Plans, Specifications and Estimates (PS&E)
* LADOTD ATSSA Flagger & Traffic Control Supervisor Certifications and Completions of the Traffic Engineering Process & Reporting (TEPR) Modules 1,2 and 3
* Experience designing highway/roadway systems, drainage systems, and traffic control plans
* Experience managing multidisciplinary projects with subconsultants
* Experience with design software including MicroStation and Inroads and/or OpenRoads
* Experience with Business Development/Client Relations
* Experience with LADOTD proposals and interviews

The Manager of Donor Engagement and Annual Appeal is responsible for supporting the development team, with a focus on supporting the creation of a formalized annual appeal plan, stewardship processes, and enhancing donor engagement efforts. Duties and Responsibilities: Donor Relations and Stewardship (50%)
•Design, implement, and coordinate an institution-wide donor relations and stewardship system to engage and recognize donors at all levels.
•Utilize Raiser's Edge to track cultivation and stewardship activities and maintain a comprehensive annual calendar of stewardship touches.
•Develop annual stewardship and impact reports for endowments, scholarships, and discretionary funds, in collaboration with Development Officers, Accounting, Financial Aid, Public Relations, and other campus partners.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to provide planning, management, and overall execution of a portfolio of power projects. This includes managing all activities related to project scope, schedule, cost/budget, quality, communications, resources, procurement, and risk elements to optimize client service, quality and financial performance on large, complex and challenging projects.
**Responsibilities**
+ Provide oversight, management and leadership of all client projects from conception to completion with focus on safety, customer service, project execution, commissioning, financial and operational excellence
+ Lead development of scope of work documents for EPC contracts as well as sub-contracts including in-depth project scopes, schedule deliverables, cost estimates, project execution plan and baselines. Lead review and approval of contract documents for technical, engineering and construction requirements and provide support for technical contract negotiations.
+ Ensure projects awarded are successfully executed within the project scope, requested lead time, with the highest safety and quality standards, and within the assigned budget.
+ Provide technical, field engineering, construction and contractor oversight, management and leadership during project execution phase, whether performed by EPC, sub-contractor, suppliers or the client.
+ Provide leadership, management and oversight of field construction and labor to ensure safe, quality, on-time, and within-budget delivery of projects that meets customer and company expectations. Ensure inspection and oversight of all projects to monitor compliance with all applicable safety, environmental codes, and regulations.
+ Ensure projects are constructed to customer and client standards, specifications and expectations.
+ Serve as customer-facing representative of the clients team for both business development and project execution activities.
+ Ensure effective and professional communications between internal and external customer and project teams.
+ Elevate issues that arise throughout the project life cycle to which resolution cannot be accomplished by the project team to leadership.
+ Lead on-time delivery in accordance with contract and safety requirements using detailed schedule management process and tools.
+ Follow-up, coordinate and expedite with customers, contractors, operations, engineering and purchasing personnel.
+ Manage costs and contracts by working closely with Finance, Sr Staff Analyst. Sr Lead Engineer and Sr Projects and Technical Services Manager for accurate estimating, forecasting and monitoring cost, contingencies and profit.
+ Identify, manage and mitigate risks to ensure the success of the projects. Lead resolution of technical, specification, and contract issues with EPC, suppliers and stakeholders. Promote a focus on value engineering and champion the development of cost-effective designs and project solutions.
+ Manage and eliminate increases in scope not required by customer or contract.
+ Negotiate with vendors, subcontractors and customers scope changes, cost adders, and any variance to the original project scope.
+ Negotiate terms of agreements, draft and issue contracts and change requests.
+ Ensure review and approval of conceptual designs and basic engineering for greenfield and brownfield engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) projects including generators, transfer switches, transformers, relays, controls, electric distribution, utility interconnection, communication and control systems.
+ Ensure review and approval of engineering and design work of EPC and third-party engineers.
+ Ensure review and approval of technical plans and documentation for technical assessment of electrical designs and systems, proper for load calculations, power flow models, short circuit analysis, relay and protective coordination.
+ Ensure review and approval of design, drawings, diagrams, documents, generator utility interconnection, equipment and material sizing, commissioning and controls during design, construction and commissioning phases to ensure EPC compliance with the client's standards, codes and regulations.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelors of Science in engineering from an accredited college or university (preferred but not required)
+ PE (preferred but not required).
+ PMP (preferred but not required).
+ Minimum of 10 years of increasing experience in the utility Industry with a minimum of 5 years in project management.
+ Firm understanding of financial management.
+ Demonstrated capabilities and success in managing large multi-discipline programs, projects, multi-office projects, and/or multiple projects.
+ Strong skills in relationship development and management.
