She/he must: -Exercise judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver the company's Core banking installations at Credit Unions and Community Banks. -Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and implementing the company's solutions to meet specific client needs and objectives. -Demonstrate expertise in Core Banking business processes and work with software developers to continually improve of the company's solutions. -Work with developers to address the market conditions across multiple products. Requirements:-- - at least 6 years of experience relevant to this position including 4 years of Core Banking experience working with a Core Banking vendor. -Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. - Product or technical expertise in implementing Core Banking Applications. -Experience working with Credit Unions and Community Banks. -Ability to communicate effectively. -Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. -Strong influencing and negotiation skills. -Ability to travel as needed.
