Job Purpose

Key Responsibilities
Acquisition, Activation & Engagement (40%)
Build chapter and territory pipeline by acquiring new supporters through the Bag of Hope and Pack program, implemented according to national program guidelines
Identify and manage opportunities for CE resource expansion across territory footprint, including enhancing the healthcare provider (HCP) strategy, which includes:
Utilizing national CE dashboards to analyze data and uncover growth opportunities

This role involves all aspects of managing residential and commercial land development projects, including contracts, budgets, design, workload, and permitting.

Lead project teams in the construction of projects ensuring project quality, schedule, budget, safety, and exceptional client experience goals are met.
Manage timely and proper payment processes from clients, to subcontractors, and
vendors.
Primary point of contact with owner and design professionals.
Learning and applying DeAngelis Diamonds SOPs, standard operating procedures, to your work.
Negotiate contract agreements with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Manage schedules, change orders, RFI, and submittal process.
Present monthly project process reports including cost reports updates, PCO, CO, RFIs, submittals, safety, and schedule reports to executive team leaders.
Be a member of the team involved in creating a winning strategy for Request for
Proposal Responses (RFP's) and the formal presentation for a project.

Summary
The Senior Project Manager is accountable to the Operations Manager for the financial results and client satisfaction on multiple projects. Defines and is responsible for achievement of project SQP goals, contributes to the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives, develops co-workers and participates in the business planning and performance of BURG. Responsible for safety on the projects by perpetuating the IIF culture.
