Strong working knowledge of building codes, standards, construction technology, and design/document coordination. Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to travel approximately 15%. Active or obtainable security clearance preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management expertise. Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc. Familiarity with federal, state, or municipal contracting processes.
