Job Description:
The Delivery Partner is a senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex digital and technology solutions to our clients, specifically within the hospitality domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OPERA PMS, AWS engineering, and Agile delivery methodologies, with proven expertise in P&L ownership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team leadership. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader, an expert problem-solver, and a client-facing executive who can build and nurture strong relationships while ensuring flawless execution and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Agile Delivery Leadership:
OPERA PMS and AWS: Showcase in depth knowledge in Hospitality Domain and lead end to end delivery of projects using OPERA PMS and cloud native architecture on AWS.
End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the successful delivery of multiple, concurrent projects and programs from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations, budget, and timeline.
Agile Governance: Implement and champion Agile principles and practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) at scale. Establish and maintain effective delivery governance models that provide transparency and control.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach a diverse team of project managers, scrum masters, product owners, and technical leads. Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and psychological safety.
Problem-Solving: Act as the ultimate escalation point for delivery challenges. Remove impediments and make critical decisions to keep projects on track.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of deliverables by establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality gates throughout the delivery lifecycle. Ensure compliance with hospitality industry standards and data privacy regulations.
2. P&L and Commercial Management:
Financial Accountability: Own and manage the P&L for a portfolio of client accounts, including revenue forecasting, budget management, cost control, and profitability analysis.
Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive account growth, identify new business opportunities, and expand existing engagements.
Pricing & Negotiations: Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and SOW (Statement of Work) creation, ensuring commercial terms are favorable and aligned with business objectives.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate commercial and financial risks across all projects and accounts within the portfolio.
Reporting: Provide regular, accurate financial reporting and performance updates to senior management.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Strategic Partnership: Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for senior-level client stakeholders. Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships.
Client Satisfaction: Proactively manage client expectations and ensure a high level of client satisfaction (CSAT) through regular communication, performance reviews, and value demonstration.
Value Realization: Work with clients to define and measure business outcomes, ensuring that our solutions deliver tangible value and achieve their strategic objectives.
Business Development: Partner with sales and account teams to identify and close new business opportunities within existing client relationships.
4. Team & People Management:
Resource Planning: Collaborate with resource managers to ensure the right talent is assigned to projects and that team capacity is optimized.
Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support the career development of team members.
Talent Acquisition: Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new delivery talent, helping to build a high-performing team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment with other internal teams, including technology, product, design, and sales.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
15+ years of experience in IT/digital consulting, technology delivery, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing a portfolio of projects. Experience working with global hospitality brands or hotel chains.
Deep understanding of hospitality systems, especially OPERA PMS and integrations with third-party platforms.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud engineering, including architecture, migration, and DevOps practices.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
Proven track record of managing a P&L, with demonstrable experience in revenue growth, cost management, and profitability improvement.
Deep expertise in various Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and a history of successfully leading large-scale Agile transformations or programs.
Strong experience in client relationship management at the C-suite and executive level.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strategic and commercial mindset with an ability to connect delivery execution to business outcomes.
Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or SAFe are highly desirable.

About the role
We are seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead preconstruction efforts from early concept through GMP, supporting successful handoff to operations. What you will do
Own the preconstruction process from pursuit through award, including milestone planning, deliverable tracking, and internal alignment.
Lead quantity takeoffs and conceptual through detailed estimates (ROM, DD, CD, GMP), including scope sheet development and pricing narratives.
Develop and manage bid packaging strategies, scope leveling, subcontractor outreach, and bid tab analysis.
Run preconstruction meetings with owners, designers, internal operations, and key trade partners.
Drive constructability reviews, value engineering, and design-to-budget decisions without sacrificing schedule, quality, or safety.
Build preliminary schedules and phasing plans, including site logistics appropriate for DC constraints (access, staging, permits, neighborhood impacts).

What you bring (required)

Participate in post bid reviews with owners. Consult with Vice President of Preconstruction Services on negotiation parameters.
Take responsibility for management of one or more core estimating elements including but not limited to the vendor list, the internal price book, the supplier list, the bid board.
Use latest technology and software to complete projects as assigned.

As a Client Delivery Lead, you will be instrumental in extending VIA's track record of success. You will orchestrate the seamless integration and adoption of VIA's digital solutions into our customers' complex workflows, adeptly bridging customer needs with product insights. You bring extensive experience in stakeholder management to help clients coordinate and collaborate with their customers, suppliers, and partners and make an impact on their communities.
Requirements
In this role, you will:
Be a thought partner to C-level executives and senior stakeholders, both internally and externally:
Collaborate with VIA's client delivery team to provide exceptional support to all our valued customers
Lead with curiosity, using a consultative approach to understand customer needs and define solutions
Coordinate across customers and internal technical teams to draft workflows and ensure the appropriate sequencing of milestones and tradeoffs
Anticipate future customer needs and provide strategic guidance on requirements for long term adoption
Champion VIA's solutions and lead long-term product success:
Understand market and technology advancements and communicate VIA's unique advantages throughout VIA's customer engagements
Identify future avenues for product expansion with current customers and collaborate with the sales and technical teams to support those opportunities
Ensure that VIA exceeds expectations across timelines, client communication, and quality of work standards
Propagate customer feedback across relevant VIA technical teams and help ideate future solutions
Be a creative problem solver and model for excellence:
Lead the continuous improvement of processes (e.g., delivery planning, solution expansion, and roadmapping)
Serve as the go-to person for follow-up actions with customers, such as outlining deliverables, prioritizing initiatives, and running and coordinating meetings
Identify future opportunities for team productivity and customer service improvements
Challenge the assumptions of internal teams to expedite and simplify solutions for customers
What you will bring to this role:
Three+ years of experience in a customer facing role in technology consulting or other related fields preferred
Ability to liaise with multiple senior stakeholders across both technical and commercial business functions
A consistent track record of excellent client service and ‘on time' delivery managing projects with multiple processes and deliverables
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where innovation is continuous
Capacity to travel up to 25% to customer meetings as required
Flexibility to work across different time zones to foster relationships with international customers
Eligibility to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (SECRET Level)

Facebook is seeking an experienced, organized, and collaborative Site Selection Manager to join the Data Center Site Selection team.We are seeking a Data Center Site Selection Manager who has extensive experience negotiating large, complex deals and an extensive knowledge of the legal agreements that accompany them. The Data Center Site Selection Manager should also have experience thinking both strategically and analytically, develop out-of-the box solutions and can navigate the challenges that accompany leasing projects and portfolios of large magnitude.
**Required Skills:**
Data Center Site Selection Manager Responsibilities:
1. Develop Meta's owned data center location strategy in assigned geography and manage the site selection effort for real estate, including partnering with teams focused on economic development incentives, energy and utilities, network connectivity, legal, policy, and financial considerations
2. Lead feasibility discussions and contract negotiations with service providers, property owners, economic development agencies, and utility companies
3. Negotiate letters of intent, land or building purchases, economic development incentives, water and sewer supply, and other site-specific agreements, support power negotiations
4. Partner with internal organizations including capacity planning, energy teams, data center design, construction, network engineering, legal, policy, communications and finance
5. Prepare project location recommendations and present to management for approval
6. Develop portfolio management metrics and tracking mechanisms and interact with external lease management companies
7. Maintain relationships with communities and service providers in support of Facebook's data center developments, monitor ongoing contractual commitments, and support the expansion of Facebook's existing data centers through the extension of existing agreements or the formation of new agreements
