Required Qualifications
8+ years in enterprise application support or IT service delivery, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
Strong background supporting ERP, finance, CRM, or manufacturing-related systems.
Solid understanding of application infrastructure including databases, operating systems, integrations, and application security.
Experience with ITIL-based service management processes (incident, change, problem).
Proven ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
Preferred
Exposure to ERP integrations, migrations, or cloud-to-on-prem transitions.
Familiarity with reporting/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS) and basic SQL.
Previous work in highly regulated or operations-focused industries (manufacturing, finance, insurance).

Purpose
This role is accountable for optimizing the performance of both internal and outsourced contact center operations serving gas and electric customers. This role ensures service delivery excellence through effective vendor governance, forecasting, staffing optimization, and operational analytics.
The position drives the balance between customer experience, reliability, and cost to serve-ensuring that customers are supported 365/24/7 across voice, chat, and digital channels.
Accountabilities
Serve as the primary relationship owner for all third-party vendor partners supporting the contact center.
Establish and manage performance scorecards with clear SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards aligned with regulatory requirements and internal expectations (ASA, FCR, CSAT, Quality, Safety, and Cost per Contact).
Lead structured governance routines (weekly operational reviews, monthly business reviews, quarterly performance reviews).
Ensure vendors adhere to company policies, data privacy, and customer protection protocols.
Partner with Procurement, IT, and Legal to manage vendor contracts, renewals, and performance incentives.
Identify improvement opportunities in call routing, digital deflection, automation, and agent enablement.

Maintain and enhance workforce systems (e.g., NICE IEX, Verint, Aspect) to improve forecast accuracy and intraday efficiency.
Provide visibility to daily, weekly, and monthly performance trends and take proactive steps to optimize staffing and service delivery.
Develop executive dashboards and insights to inform operational decisions and leadership storytelling.
Perform root cause analysis on SLA misses or cost variances and lead resolution action plans.
Drive Lean and continuous improvement principles across vendor and internal teams.
Monitor operational health indicators such as occupancy, utilization, and shrinkage to improve productivity and service reliability.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+years of experience in a large-scale utility or regulated industry contact center environment.
Proven experience managing outsourced vendor relationships and workforce operations.

Other responsibilities include answering the main office telephone, assisting with event preparation / setup / and tear-down, and assisting with other day-to-day office operations.
The ability to focus for long periods of time without being easily distracted is key to performing in this role. Job Summary
As a Senior Project Manager at WW Clyde, you will oversee heavy civil construction projects involving concrete structures and Department of Transportation (DOT) related infrastructure from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive project plans and construction schedules to meet contract milestones and client expectations.
Financial Management: Manage project budgets, forecast costs, and control expenditures. Track project financial performance, approve invoices and change orders, and take corrective actions to ensure profitability and cost control.

Contract Administration: Handle all aspects of contract administration and documentation. Prepare, submit, and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress payments. Maintain thorough project records and ensure compliance with contract terms and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Safety & Environmental Compliance: Enforce WW Clyde's safety program and champion a safety-first mentality on every job site. Ensure all project activities comply with OSHA standards, company safety policies, and environmental regulations. Promptly address any safety issues and conduct regular safety meetings/inspections.
Quality Control: Implement and oversee quality assurance/quality control plans for concrete work and other project components. Verify that all construction work meets design specifications, industry standards, and DOT requirements, especially for structural concrete and roadway projects.
Client & Stakeholder Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for project owners, officials, engineers, and other stakeholders. Provide regular status updates, conduct project meetings, and ensure client satisfaction through responsive communication and professional relationship management.
Problem Solving & Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks, challenges, or conflicts in project execution. Develop mitigation strategies and solve problems efficiently to prevent delays or cost overruns. Resolve field issues and design discrepancies in coordination with engineers and project team members.
Project Closeout: Oversee project closeout and turnover. Manage final inspections, punch lists, and as-built documentation. Ensure a smooth handover of the completed project to the client, and internally capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of construction industry experience, including at least 3 years in a project management role on heavy civil projects. (Experience with concrete structures and DOT/public infrastructure projects is highly preferred.)
Project Expertise: Proven track record in successfully managing heavy civil construction projects (e.g. highways, bridges, concrete infrastructure) from start to finish. Familiarity with DOT project procedures, specifications, and standards is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software and tools. This includes project scheduling software (e.g. Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) and project management platforms (e.g. Procore or similar). Strong computer skills in MS Office suite required.
Construction Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction methods, civil engineering principles, concrete work, and industry best practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
Leadership & Communication: Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with project teams, clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.

Job Summary:
The Project Manager I directs and supervises the work efforts of their assigned staff. This position executes the technical direction provided by Management regarding scope, deliverables, schedule, and budget for the project. The Project Manager is responsible for nurturing a positive client interface providing all project details to the client on a timely manner. The primary difference between this level and the Project Manager Ill is the magnitude and scope (including cost and complexity) of assigned staff and/or projects. As well as the ability, through experience, to manage diverse and complex projects is a key factor.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for scheduling, forecasting, and tracking the project and team deliverables.
Manage and delegate workflow to maximize productivity.
Effectively be able to create work plans, manage resource planning, set & track goals, implement process improvement, and submit timely project reporting.
Develop project work plans and recovery plans to maintain project and objectives.
Develop and implement specific operating strategies to meet deliverables and differentiate Advantage Engineers in the marketplace.
Perform Quality Control reviews of documents and plans for accuracy and completeness.
Implement operational protocols to deliver and measure the quality of our services.
Accountable for the deployment of workload schedules, project execution, delivery within budget, and quality of all project elements.
Build, develop, improve, and expand relationships with key clients within the market.
Attend all necessary meetings and be the primary contact with your clients.
Listen to understand the needs of your client to implement process and/or schedule changes.
Maintain open and positive working relationships and enhance the image of the company for the development of additional business opportunities.
Provide constant and consistent feedback with your clients in order to continue building trust and project focus.
Submit Purchase Order (PO) requests to clients, work with clients to obtain PO, track work completed to invoice against PO, and regularly report to management.
Understand that client engagement and development is one of the most important aspects of the position.
Create an atmosphere of teamwork and collaboration, while fostering employee engagement.
Promote a sense of urgency within the team.
Regularly meet with each team member to review goals, progress, and KPls.
Actively coach and mentor your team members to insure employee growth and success.
Identify and solicit resources for training and employee education to ensure employees have sound knowledge on technical and business practices.
Foster the use of new/innovative concepts in the development of project designs and proposals.
Encourage your team to seek advice from technical experts in the industry to be more successful, efficient, and timely.
Review and approve time sheets, expense reports, and invoices for assigned employees.
Evaluate employee performance in accordance with company policy and job requirements.
Always promote a strong Safety Culture with staff and contractors.
Provide oversight and leadership for team members, consultants, and contractors to complete project assignments on schedule.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience within the Telecommunication/Wireless industry preferred.
Proven ability to analyze financial reports and budgets to plan the course of the work effectively.
Proven aptitude to demonstrate knowledge and experience in strategic planning and development.
Proven experience leading, motivating, and communicating consistently with employees and clients.
PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Education and Experience:
Must possess at least 5-7 years of experience in a project management role.
Possess a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Construction Management, or equivalent years of experience.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

This role will focus on overseeing multiple, fast-paced utility and municipal construction projects simultaneously. You'll be entrusted with a high degree of ownership, supporting the entire project lifecycle from estimation and procurement to closeout and client handoff. You'll collaborate with city stakeholders, engineers, and subcontractors while leading the execution of projects that improve public access to critical resources.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for multiple simultaneous utility construction projects, including water and wastewater infrastructure, pump stations, treatment plants, and pipeline installations.
Coordinate cradle-to-grave execution including estimating, proposal preparation, bid submission, and procurement of materials and subcontractors.
Interface with public and private stakeholders including city officials, municipal owners, and design engineers to align project delivery with expectations.
Monitor budgets, progress schedules, and project health metrics to ensure scope, time, and quality compliance.
Direct and mentor field teams, Project Engineers, and support staff in line with company safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Approve invoicing and project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
Support company growth initiatives by identifying future project opportunities and building long-term relationships with key clients and municipalities.
Travel locally to sites throughout the Valley and northern Arizona regions as required.
Skills & Experience Required
5+ years of construction project management experience in water, wastewater, heavy civil, or public utility infrastructure.
Experience with job order contracting (JOC), CMAR, and design-build delivery models highly preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple small-to-midsize projects concurrently (typically ranging from $150K to $1.2M each).
Strong understanding of estimating, scheduling (Primavera), procurement, submittals, and construction documentation.
Proficiency with Procore and Foundation software; knowledge of CAD is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Must possess excellent communication and client-facing skills.
