This Senior Manager of Technical Program Management (TPM) will support our Finance Tech Leadership and Support Team, driving key programs as a part of the integration between Discover and Capital One. We are looking for someone that will bring experience leading large scale data engineering and architecture initiatives, partnering with business and product teams to deliver and manage the dynamic roadmap and ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipeline design, and data modeling leveraging cloud based solutions. In addition to the technical program, you will also work to pave the way for an expanding TPM discipline within the team, by leveraging your industry knowledge and experience to teach the organization what a great TPM can achieve.
