Key Responsibilities
Oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Qualifications

Requirements:
Ten plus years in the electrical industry managing projects.
Experience running a team of Project Managers

Basic estimating experience.
Knowledge of Accubid estimating software and Timberline job costing software is desirable though not required.

TITLE: Senior Project Manager DEPARTMENT: Project Management REPORTS TO: Value Stream Manager
ROLE SUMMARY: The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing the overall direction of low to medium complexity projects and/or assist on highly complex ones (plans, budgets, schedules, and organization/assignment of projects). They maintain close contact with clients, monitor construction and financial activities, ensuring proper completion based on customer expectations and Germfree standards. The Senior Project Manager must have the ability to lead a cross-functional team to successfully deliver projects while managing the day-to-day challenges.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Provides full project life cycle ownership and leadership, resulting in successful project delivery from project initiation to customer turnover (i.e. Project Kickoff, Design Review, Production Coordination, cross-functional meetings, etc.)
Leverages Germfree Core Values to lead a cross-functional project team, focusing on collaboration, client satisfaction, schedule adherence, and budget.
Utilizes project management best practices, leveraging a broad and flexible toolkit of techniques to resolve interdependent activities into tasks and sub-tasks which are documented, monitored, and controlled.
Serves as the single Point of Contact for the Client and other stakeholders, developing and managing all aspects of project engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, changes, risks, etc.
Prepares, maintains, and submits clear and concise activity/progress reports in accordance with Germfree policies, proactively identifying and resolving any issues impacting project success.
Demonstrates the ability and/or seeks support from PMs to recognize problems and/or conflict, create the appropriate sense of urgency, and bring the right people together to solve and close out the issue.
Client Focus: Promotes customer involvement through continuous communication of project status and quickly responding/resolving any concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Creates a continuous improvement environment through a robust lessons learned/escalation process and management of change, creating personal accountability to eliminate repeat mistakes
Enforces effective change control, ensuring scope creep and other changes are captured and communicated in accordance with Germfree policies (i.e. Change Orders).
Ensures the project team maintains detailed records of the life of a project and shares information as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent technical area of study.
Minimum two (5-7) years of project management experience and/or training.
cGMP Pharmaceutical Project Management Experience strongly preferred
Experience/Knowledge/Skills:
Experience in P6 or similar scheduling software
Demonstrated project management leadership abilities of a diverse, cross-functional team
Knowledgeable of good project management processes and principles
Ability to read and interpret regulations, guidance documents, technical manuals, specifications, read and interpret drawings, and specifications
Knowledge of code compliance
Familiar knowledge of construction components, processes, and construction methods
Excellent communication, organization, planning, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
Strong computer skills are a necessity, with an ability to accurately convey information in both spoken and written form.
Comfortable making presentations to management and customers.
OSHA 10 preferred
SUPERVISION REQUIRED: Minimal - Ability to work independently or with others to complete tasks on schedule.

WORK SCHEDULE/ENVIRONMENT: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 - 5:00. Up to 50% Travel.
